I have been an ID Mobile client for many years... I am trying to contact them to question them about the plans they have and to offer to pay for my year contract up front because the bank I was using for direct debits decided to take sides with a fraudulent company. I simply had to close that bank account.
ID Mobile refuse to talk to me and they now want to blackmail me into paying them £1 for an answer... and they want me to sign a contract which continues with a monthly debit which entitles me to ask more questions...
The only way to get an answer from them is to pay that pound... and then every month for as long as they decide!!...
