Quick update, I posted a review with the hope this might get iWoot to actually reply to a message and shock of shocks they did, eventually after another month they cancelled the order and said I’d get a refund, I did but it was missing the postage id paid for, only a couple of quid but not the point..they didn’t deliver anything. Be careful using them as their customer service is shit and you’ll likely not receive what you ordered, get short changed on a refund or probably both, I placed my order on dec 14th 25 and it was resolved on the 9th of feb 26, I will never use them again that’s for sure!

Still not received the item since November
It took weeks and weeks for part of an order I did on black friday (in November) to arrive with really poor communication - One item is still missing (mid-Feb!) and I've had no communication or refund for this, despite messaging several times.

Scammers, won't refund cancelled order.
I placed an order in early December that was supposed to arrive a few days later. When it wasn't arriving I contacted the company and tried to cancel the order, they argued this saying it wasn't possible but eventually I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I would be refunded, this email was received on the 17/12/25. Out of nowhere on the 5/2/26 I received an email saying the order was dispatched and was expected to arrive on the 9th of December. I checked my bank and no refund had ever been received, I immediately contacted iwoot and they replied today with an automated message saying it wasn't possible to cancel it since it was dispatched, which seems unlikely since it's supposed to arrive in December! Joke of a company, useless customer services, still waiting on a refund that was supposed to be processed in December.

Never delivered what I ordered
I ordered in November, nothing ever delivered. Apparently couldn’t cancel the order as it was “awaiting despatch” - for over 2months. Despite repeated promises that they would refund me they never did so I had to do a fraud report and get money back from my bank

So Disappointing
I have ordered from IWOOT a few times and never had an issue. Which is why, when I received an email about a discount on an item I had been considering, I didn't think twice about ordering. This was on 3 December 2025.
It is now 5 February 2026 and I have still not received the item and I have also not had any responses to my requests submitted through the website, which is the only way I can see to contact them. There is no customer service number or email address to be able to contact them.
I will not be ordering from IWOOT again and at this point I will probably be attempting to get a refund, however, looking at the rest of the reviews, it doesn't look like that will be very successful either.

Ordered 31/01 @ 11:14am and received an email @ 11:15am asking me to complete a review which is ridiculous. Still not received an update on my order which is still showing as processing @ 13:00 on 02/01. Hence 1 star!

Wish I could give them zero. Ordered a Christmas gift in early December and it still hasn't turned up. Any attempt at contacting IWOOT results in automated emails, either saying they'll aim to respond within 48 hours (they don't) or saying they are working their way through their warehouse.
I've repeated asked for information and been ignored. I've also asked for a refund and that's been ignored too.
They seem to do everything possible to stop customers from being able to contact them. They have no active social media, no phone number, no human agents on the chat, and nobody responding to emails.
I feel like I've thrown my money into a black hole. Never again.

Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered Christmas gifts at the start of December, which should have been plenty of time for delivery. It took almost three weeks for delivery to even be attempted. Of the three items ordered, only one arrived. The other two never did, despite being marked as delivered.
I have now been dealing with their customer support team for well over a month. I submitted a non-receipt of goods form in early January and have repeatedly provided the same information, yet I am ignored for weeks at a time and asked to resend details I’ve already supplied. I’m routinely told through an automatic reply that I’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours, which simply doesn’t happen.
The issue remains unresolved, with no refund and no meaningful communication. Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of accountability.
Edit on 2nd Feb 2026 - Following a continued lack of response and action from Iwantoneofthose, I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I won't be using them again in the future.

I would give 0 stars but that option is not available. I ordered items from Iwoot on 29th November for my son for Christmas, i heard nothing and repeatedly sent messages which i was told via an automated reply would be answered within 48 hours, i have still heard nothing. 2 items were delivered on Christmas Eve but the other 2 are still being processed, i have tried to cancel this order which is impossible as the one was a christmas jumper for my son to wear christmas 2025, as this will not fit him Christmas 2026 i no longer require it. They are quick to take your order and payment but the customer service and shipping is non existent. I would not buy from this company again as i like to receive items i have paid for

Never recieved, no contact
I ordered a gift on the 16th of December and it still has not shipped. I have tried contacting them through every available service that they have and I have still not had a reply. I also have tried to cancelt the order however I cannot even do that because the button on the website to confirm the cancellation does not work, like it doesn't even exist. Definitely do not buy from this company.

*update - so I received my order and sent it back over 2 weeks ago (they are really cheeky and I had to pay £2.99 for their error) Eventhough I had a tracking number and a delivered confirmation from Royal Mail, they are still saying they don't have it. *
As many people have said, do not use this company if you need your order within a month of ordering. I made an order, was told it would be delivered on the 8th January, that date passed and I contacted them asking where my order was, didn't receive a reply even though they say they will contact you within 24 hours or the latest 48 hours. I needed the order for a birthday present so I asked them to cancel the order and refund as I needed to order the same thing from a different shop as it was for a birthday. Again I messaged them twice, didn't hear anything back and now I have had a message that the order will arrive tomorrow, so I now will have to go through the hassle of returning the parcel so that I can (hopefully) get my money back, although I'm not feeling confident that this will happen. They used to be a good company years ago, but they really have gone down hill.

Contacted them via Facebook via X, via their own damn website and they didn’t get back to me about an order that was delayed. It did eventually ship, but it was very late. Still nobody got back to me however I received a generic email saying that they have moved all of their staff including their customer support staff to the warehouse to get stuff shipped out quicker due to a backlog. It just isn’t good enough really. Since when did customer service start working in the warehouse?

Waiting for over a month! For my parcel
I placed an order on the 19th December and still have not received it. The expected delivery was 2-3 days.
I have sent two emails (which state will reply within 48hours) it’s been over two weeks and I received an automated “sorry for the delay” email today. With no acknowledgement of my email requesting a refund and no expected date on dispatch.

I placed an order just before Christmas and got an update on 02/01 that the item wasn’t sent. Since then, I have had no updates, I tried contacting them on 06/01 but no response. There isn’t an option for me to cancel the order on the website so they’ve just taken my money.

. On the 7th December I purchased Iron Studios Alligator order number 728988025 Today the 17th January 2026 I have not received the above item and it is still for sale in the iWoot website. I have sent 3 messages regarding this item and no response!!!
I would like the item or a refund but as they do not respond the issue is unresolved.
This is an awful company to deal with!!!!

I’m shocked at the level of customer service!!
Ordered an item for my son for Christmas, was delayed in being sent so I sourced one on eBay.
When the IWOOT parcel turned up I had to pay 2.99 for tracked return and sent back immediately. Tracked as delivered on 31st December and since then sent many messages for return of my money and no response at all from Customer services! Absolutely shocking and I don’t know how they can carry on like this. BEWARE these people are not worth ordering with it will give you a hold load of stress!!
