Had a meeting today with Lloyd, for a test drive of the new Geely Starray, upon meeting, I was immediately offered refreshments, sat down to sort out some paperwork and was then left for a short while to familiarise myself with the controls of the car, Lloyd came out with us for the test drive, and apart from his excellent knowledge of the local area, he was also a mine of information regarding the car itself (no mean feat as the car only arrived at the centre the day before), anything he did not know was communicated to his boss, who came back swiftly with an answer. I left with options on all three models of the car, and felt confident that the information received from Lloyd was true and correct, an all round good experience
I brought my car on time, service staff was ready, paperwork quick and professional, courtesy car delivered in front of main entrance, later on I got info when my car will be ready to pick it up. Car was washed and clean. As always. Well done.
If it was possible I’d give 0 stars. I reserved an Audi A7 for £99 without doing any prior checks as I thought Sytner Select would be a reputable car dealer. Upon doing further checks I found out the car had front end damage and there was mileage discrepancies. I then decided to give them a ring and they said they would refund my money. I was told it would take up to 5 working days, this was requested on 28th of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. I have been calling every other day and every time I get told that it has been processed which is obviously a lie. The sales person I have been dealing with is Camron, he was happy to help when I showed interest in the car but since I want my money back that help has been non existent. I have been lied to and no one can take accountability for the matter. £99 might not seem like much but why are they holding onto my money? The only reason I’m writing this review is because I know they’ll finally get on it. Please do your car checks before reserving and don’t blindly trust big car dealers like I did. Sytner Select Wakefield, can you hurry up and give my money back?

From the start, the booking system was a nightmare, no one to speak to on the phone, relying on WhatsApp with long waits, and then receiving a text confirming the wrong date and time. I had to chase again just to make sure my car was booked for the time I specifically requested.
When I dropped the car off, no one greeted me at reception. I waited about 10 minutes until someone from the far end of the building asked if I was okay and pointed me to the service advisor, who was right in front of me but avoided eye contact the entire time. She was polite enough once she had to deal with me.
The next day, I received a text saying my car had passed. I arrived at the agreed time, only to wait another 30 minutes with no communication. The service advisor seemed like I was bothering her, barely spoke to me, handed me a piece of paper and my keys, and just stood there behind her desk waiting for me ti leave. No invoice, no clarity, nothing.
Overall, poor communication, disorganized service, and extremely lacking customer care. The MOT itself was fine, but the experience has made me question whether I want to ever step into this place again. Two stars, only because the advisor did smile a couple of times when I dropped my car off.

I was booked to leave my car with you and told at 4pm on the day my car was with you that the appropriate person wasn’t working, meaning I had to rebook and take the car another day at inconvenience to myself.

Took my car in for its first service and was very well looked after by the highly capable Nayan Patel. He is an excellent service advisor. He took his time to go through the schedule of works on the car and I also had an issue with my MMI module and he took his time to help me resolve.
Nayan really went above and beyond an I hope my review goes a little way to helping him gain the recognition he deserves. He really was the consummate professional. He also took time to help me diagnose the issue with the MMI
This is the first Audi I have owned and the sales and service experience has been exemplary thus far
