Service non existiend!
I have an automated bank transfer to pay the monthly payments for our heating system. Unfortunately Thermondo is not able to route an incoming payment to the correct customer contract and sends out warnings and delay threats via E-Mail, although everything was paid already two months upfront!

The customer service might very well be non-existent. Contact is only possible via a web-form, no hotline etc.. You get an automated confirmation that your issue will be processed "as soon as possible" but that is it. Over two weeks and three service tickets later I still have no reply. I was asked to pay part of the bill in the advance, and - despite having done that over a week ago - just got a "reminder" that I need to pay the bill. Avoid.

Extremely poor customer service.
heating system was repaired for parts replacement on 1st april 2025 and the system went down soon after the worker left. I booked an appointment for next day, and the appointment was confirmed. the visit was cancelled late afternoon. We are stuck in a cold house, all thanks to faulty repair and poor customer service. this is despite buying an yearly service contract with Vaillant. when I asked the customer service agent to cancel the contract for service, he said, what else do you want to cancel. pretty rude and uneducated staff

I wanted to have a heatpump through Thermondo because of the option of Buderus. I received my offer (with early construction discount promise). After I accepted my offer, sales representative sent me an email that they did something wrong in my home address (missing door number). Thats why they sent me another offer (that one I have not accepted yet)

In the new offer some of the prices were already changed and some discounts have been cancelled already. Also in the email I have been informed that the early consturction discount will not be valid anymore.
At the moment I am receiving emails to continue with the offer that I accepted (which is told that not valid anymore due to potential issues of the förderung/incentive) but I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH with them. I have sent 5-6 email and 20 phone calls to sales person no response since beginning of December. (Please no one should complain about Christmas!).
Also can not create contact in the website because the contact form requires customer number and I am not a customer yet. In Germany, everyone is concerned about the goverment change and for almost 1 month I am trying to create a communication with them. I dont even know if I have to cancel my order confirmation which was told that there was a mistake.. So how can I trust such customer approach for a partnership for at least 20 years... Unacceptable! And their marketing phrase is the company who built the most heatpump but probably did not learn about the "quality" of communication.

The call goes to the Service Central station and the Central station tries to connect it to Service Technician team when I say it is urgent but most of the time it is not getting connected. The Service technicians should be available for the immediate information exchange.
