I was assigned Mr. Asiedu as my customer support POC for the Enpal activation process. The company has been very proactive in reaching out and ensuring any issues I may have had during the installation process were addressed. In my case, everything was really smooth, quick, and professional. There was one piece of equipment that still needed to be picked up, and Mr. Asiedu is coordinating that for me. I appreciate not having to call over and over again to get a person on the phone to speak with about my concerns. I have been very happy with the customer service from Enpal so far. Also Mr. Asiedu's English is fantastic. Although I try to speak German, I appreciate the company always providing me someone that speaks English since they know that is my native language.

Installation of additional equipment
I had a question is it possible to be made an additional equipment installation to an already mounted floor heating system. Unfortunately Enpal does not offer this option. But I was advised to use every other firm which is certified from Bosch(the producer of the heating pump for the floor heating system) to make this additional modification. Afterwards the warranty for the original installation is covered by Enpal and the warranty for the additional modification is under the responsibility of the other company.

Enpal Germany did a really great job installing photovoltaic panels, wallbox, accumulators and electrical system at my place. Only 2 days, excellent preparation, extremely friendly staff, very organized and great in giving techbical explanations in detail. They left the place perfecly cleaned up afterwards. It just could not have been any better. They deserve 6 stars in my opinion. Same for the back office and sales colleagues. Great job, well planned and explained. Thank you very much.

First contact and preparations are quite well. People are friendly and willing to help. Organisation and execution are also quite good.
