A bad experience

I am absolutely delighted by the superb varifocal lenses which I received. The Lensology site was easy to use hence I ordered with no problems and received the quotation promptly, immediately they received my spectacles. My specialised requests were met in every respect and the price incredibly acceptable.The delivery was prompt and I cannot fault (in any way) this company.

Try delivering parcels and knocking.
This is commonplace and pure laziness because the drivers are under delivery pressures

Eat at the Gallions Reach GDK with great caution. The Doner meat my party were served was luke warm to cold, this is an extremely dangerous temperature for food to be consumed by humans. These circumstances are likely to cause bacteria to double in number within twenty minutes and the food borne pathogen such as salmonella enteritidis and ecoli to be present.
I requested that the waitress return the food for a hot replacement and in due course foil wrapped replacements were served. The buns were hot, however the meat was the same as first served warm to cold. It was obvious the kitchen staff and waitresses had little or no correct training or food safety consideration.
I found the total experience of GDK non professional and somewhat appallingly dangerous.
Consider very carefully before using this group GDK.
I would recommend staying clear.

The plants and plugs delivered to me were first class and top quality. The Royal Mail damaged several packages and sadly some of the plants suffered. I believe a review of packaging should be undertaken by Suttons. Full marks for the quibble free replacements.

What a professional service I received from your engineer John. He contacted me giving information and timing which was adhered too, carefully explained the problem and success ratio. The replacement piping was fitted in a very neat manner and he gave further information in order to monitor complete success. The working area was cleaned and the experience worthy of a five star rating.

Sadly, I had problems with ordering a Bosch Hedge Trimmer from the site as it refused to accept payment. I finally rebooted and after several attempts it worked.

Organising the free battery from Bosch has been a failure due to non acceptance of the Homebase paperwork.
