My car wouldn’t start at home, so I contacted the AA via the app. It was very easy and convenient to do so. Nathan from the AA arrived in good time, ran diagnostics efficiently and confirmed a flat battery. He explained the situation clearly and effectively and gave expert and impartial advice as how to proceed. He was polite, personable and professional throughout the whole encounter and is an asset to the AA. Thank you Nathan and the AA.

Like others here, I received a parcel from France (Paris) which had been damaged and did not contain the item I had paid for. As the packing tape had clearly been cut at one end, I do not believe his to have been an accident.

I bought a secondhand 80's Japanese Squier strat online and took it to John, as it needed some body repair work, a full set-up and I also wanted to replace the stock trem with a Kahler system. A really pleasant and knowledgable guy, John discussed the work in detail and he quoted a very reasonable price. All work was carried out to a high standard and I could not be more pleased with the final result. I will definitely use String King Guitar Works again.

I was expecting delivery of two items on Saturday between 7am and 2pm. At 4pm I called to find out how the delivery was progressing. I was told I would be called back in a few minutes with an update. I wasn't. After half an hour I then called again and was told by a lady called Veronica that my items had not been loaded on the delivery van. She assured me I would receive a call the next day to arrange delivery. I did. Delivery was eventually rearranged for Tuesday. Veronica was excellent, sympathetic and seemed to make things happen, so many thanks to her, but the initial lack of communication regarding the issue with my delivery, the failure to call back as promised and the fact I paid £49 for delivery and the inconvenience of rearranging my plans to be available on a Tuesday morning did not make this a positive experience.

Item arrived punctually but without instructions. E-mailed Bax at 7.30pm on a Friday requesting instructions but not really expecting a reply until at least the next day. Within 30 minutes had received reply with instructions. Excellent service and great dedication to addressing my particular issue.
