Super fast delivery

Super fast delivery! I've ordered on Friday and by Saturday the Zymox ear drops I needed for my poorly boy arrived.
Also, I ordered from Furever products before and asked for advice and they where very knowledgeable and so helpful.
I can definitely recommend this website and Zymox ear drops.

Protandim Nrf2 is amazing

I've been subscribing Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer Nrf2 from lifevantage since the start of 2024. Iam absolutely thrilled with this product! Iam taking it myself and I am feeling so much better than I did before.

The main reason for my review is my dog Bailey who I love dearly. Bailey is a 25kg Shar Pei and he is suffering badly from food allergies. Recently my vet prescribed Fortiflora probiotic powder not realising it is made from poultry, a protein my boy is highly allergic to. His ears were in a terrible state, sore and bleeding. It was even recommended for Bailey to have his ear canals removed as his condition seemed incurable.
I've stopped giving him Purina Fortiflora, avoiding all allergy causing proteins and I put him on his 1/2 tablet NRF2 (dosage for a 25kg dog) and his ears cleared within 10 days!!! Usually food allergies and therefore the recovery can take up to 3 months.
He is now on his daily NRF2 and no more signs of sore ears and skin. Iam absolutely thrilled. Bailey will be on NRF2 for the rest of his life as thanks to this supplement he's so healthy now! Avoiding all allergens is also essential for recovery.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR…

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET! They send me the meds which were almost out of date which was not fit for purpose due to the short best before date, then this company made me jump through numerous hoops with conversations back and forth making me send this product back at my own cost. Now I have to wait another week until their warehouse is saying that they received my parcel, even that I have proof they've got it and I got told they will NOT send me the replacement! In the meantime my dog is ill needing his meds, but they couldn't care less. They don't care about the animal well being at all. Absolutely awful company! Iam out of pocket and no meds for my dog. They were happy to take my money and sending almost out of date antibiotics!!!!! It was their error and they don't care and are not correcting their mistake. Worst company and worst customer service I EVER come across.

Update:
As of your saying that they product would be used within 7 days. This is incorrect as my vet contacted you again upon your request. I've tried to explain to you due to the chronic ear issues caused by food allergies this product is needed a lot longer as flare ups are very possible. I needed a best before date of at least 6 month. I've requested to speak to your vet team to explain the situation, but was declined even Iam the person who is the customer, the dog carer and owner. My vet therefore contacted your company to explain the issue as requested by you and still I am out of pocket.
The product was faulty and not fit for purpose due to the short best before date. Your company was informed by this immediately with photographic proof.

Even after explaining that your company has made the error, that under the consumer act 2015 I was in the right to return this faulty item, animed kept denying their responsibility, refusing to help and changing their promise to put things right. This company is truly dishonest and unhelpful. You may receive any item ordered, but god forbid there is a problem or error! Your money will be gone without remorse, just with an empty non meaningful apology. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have looked into this for you and I can confirm the medication sent had a couple of months on the expiry date and were required to be used within 7 days.

I would like to give 0 stars if I…

I would like to give 0 stars if I could. Over the year I've sent 4 items from England to Germany to my family as gifts. Every single item got ripped apart, birthday cards damage, extra Zoll added to the parcel, even it didn't came from a company it was a gift for my sister. Not one item arrived in tact. No apology, no explanation given. DHL is the worst courier company I ever had to deal with. Sending items by royal mail to Germany gets automatically transferred to DHL without any other options given. It looks like Germany Post has given DHL a contract. Come on Germany! Where is your so called efficiency? Absolutely disgraceful.

FRAUD!!!! I've never bought from them and until a few days ago I didn't even know they existed. Chegg has tried to take payment from my card? Thank goodness for my bank stopping the transaction. How on earth did they got my card details? 😡

WARNING ⚠️ your card details may be used without your permission! ATTEMPT OF STEALING MONEY WAS MADE!
I usually only order from Amazon and one more supplier which I know well.
This company was advertising a product I needed and no-one else seems to sell, so I've placed an order for this product from the US entering my card details. Desertcart cancelled my order and I've emailed twice asking why, but I never received an answer.
A week later my bank contacted me saying that two different attempts both from the US trying to take money out of my account!!!! Thankfully my bank stopped the transactions and blocked my card. Iam not saying that Desertcart themselves tried to access my account, but I am saying that their security is no good or none existing enabling non trustworthy individuals accessing customers bank details.
I haven't ordered from anywhere else except from Amazon and one more retailer which I know well for years and now within a week of ordering from Desertcart my bank details have fallen into the hand of online thieves? I think this is more than coincidence 🤔.
Please Desertcart update and tighten your security keeping your customer bank details safe!

Lying about failed parcel collection

I've arranged a collection of a parcel at my work address, but no one came to collect it. Royal mail then emailed me (using a NO REPLY email of course) saying that the parcel couldn't be collected because no-one was in. This is an absolute lie which I could proof with our CCTV surveillance. My work address is a shop with at least on person always at the counter and the shop doors are always open. I've checked our CCTV just to make sure and no collection attempt was made. If a collection couldn't be made for whatever reason at least be truthful about it and don't lie! What a shambles of a company! Iam more angry about lying about it then the item failed collection.

Why has the price for parking gone up…

Why has the price for parking gone up by so much? I've paid £42 in 2020 and now they are charging for the same stay £211! I understand that prices have gone up, but charging now 5 times as much? This is too much for me. It would be cheaper if I use a bus or train directly from home and not using a car.

Passengers packed onto the train like sardines

My husband and I travelled on Saturday the 20.11.21 from Leicester to Birmingham. The train had far too many passengers on it. Not enough carriages were added to this known popular route which resulted that the passengers were squeezed onto the train like sardines. Hardly anyone was wearing a face mask. No wonder Covid infections are on the rise. The safety of the passengers were knowingly ignored.

WARNING FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

WARNING! NOT A GENUINE HONEST COMPANY. SCAM!!!!
This company linked themselves unlawfully to the English Heritage site for the live stream of the summer solstice which was a FREE event. Asking for bank details which is only a formality, of course guaranteed not to take any money. This was a lie! Immediately they've tried to take money which my bank flagged up, thank god!
Rang my bank and blocked my card. I was told that I am not the only one that evening who fell for their scam. This company needs to be taken down as they are fraudsters.

Finally trouble free ears!

I've used stinky stuff on my shar pei's troublesome ears for only 2 weeks with fantastic results. For the first time the vet couldn't find anything wrong with them at his anual check up. He was on antibiotics many times having inflamed, red smelly ears with dark brown wax. It was so bad that the vet suggested to have his ear canals removed! Now finally after 8 years a fantastic result! Thank you stinky stuff! :)

What a fantastic cool box

Very friendly customer service. .I've reserved a halfords branded 24L cool box which I've collected an hour after reservation. I've used the cool box and I must say I am impressed. The ice packs where still really cold after 10 hours without plugging it in and when plugged in it kept my food cool all day and night. I've put a couple of fresh ice packs into it every morning to give the cool box a helping hand. I've never realised how rubbish my old cool box was after buying this one. I would recommend this product to all my friends. :-)
