I was pleased at the speed and assistance over a telephone call in which I needed to discuss an insurance policy. The backup documents were equally promptly sent, overall a good service. Most other companies take 15 minutes plus via voice mail and operatives are busy to respond.

We always get excellent service from any of the Newton Aycliffe staff every holiday we've booked there. The no problem fast booking made easy is why we always do repeat bookings even when we've identified holidays we want on line.

Excellent all round service, a no complication transaction.
It's disappointing that I have to advise the wrong car was delivered and after a very quick change over 2 days later I'm awaiting reply over a missing a floor boot cover.

It's a main consideration of mine that you can deal via a branch and the facility to contact them direct. Both of these are very well catered for with good staff to action any requirements. A recommendation to Leeds B. S. and the Durham branch.

Having booked previous holidays at the Newton Aycliffe branch this one was to the high standards as before. Both service and overall assistance was to a very good standard, hence the repeat business.

The kit was newly released so glad you had it in stock and at a competitive price, the service was very good and all as advertised. I have ordered from you in the past via Ebay but it was a better option going direct. I expect there will be more orders top follow.

I received an e-mail the day before the parcel was due probably after 11.00am, on checking on checking my e-mails at 8.30am that day there was a message that the parcel had been delivered. As I was unaware of this by opening the options there was a photo of the parcel left at the side of house and that delivery was to be 7.00am to 8.30am.
My concern was the lack of forward notice about delivery times and although I did receive ok there was the chance of me not getting the goods.
I have used DPD previously with good service, I'm only raising the topic for your information.

I've bought from other Evans Halshaw dealers, this was my first with Sunderland and my first Renault and I have to say the sales liason was very good and the whole buying process was handled professionally without any problems. I hope this continues throughout my ownership of the vehicle.
