Very prompt response and efficient…

Very prompt response and efficient booking. Tanya even remembered the Gatwick hotel and parking we used last year and offered to book it for us.

Excellent trip to ABBA Voyage.

Excellent trip to ABBA Voyage.
Hotel was fine and within a few minutes walk of both Victoria coach station and the pickup point for the coach to the show. All went smoothly with no queueing. Good communication.

Absolutely terrible! Totally disregarded instructions

My delivery instructions said "IF OUT PLEASE LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR AND PUT CARD"
But you dumped it in the bushes. The £134 case could have easily been stolen.
It was covered in slugs, insects and pieces of mud that I had to clean before I could take it indoors.
Had it rained it would be a soggy mess

Always good wine and service but excessive price rises

Always good wine (on the odd exception they honour their promise to refund).
Customer service and delivery is always good.
My only complaint is that since 2019 the price of my favourite wines has increased by £1 per bottle each year. The fact that each time it is exactly £1 increase suggests profiteering rather than reflecting increased costs.

Good but why are some items delivery only?

Good stock at reasonable prices. Shame free delivery is now on £25 spend rather than previous £10. The next day delivery is very good.
BUT one item I wanted was a pack of LED GU10 bulbs which for some reason was delivery only, I could not collect from store. I tried phoning to ask why but there was a long phone queue. So I sent a query online, but over a day later I still have not had a reply.
Eventually I remembered another item I needed that brought the total to over £25 and so got delivery

Good, but packaging could be better

Good service as long it is not urgent as it takes a few days.
One annoying thing is they use unnecessarily large cardboard boxes to hold small items. As a result, items that would otherwise go through a letterbox do not and if you are not in when it arrives you have to rearrange delivery.

The system works well for non-urgent…

The system works well for non-urgent prescriptions, and if their claims that it saves the NHS money are true then that is a bonus.
My only niggle is that I am fairly healthy and so rarely need go to the doctor but Pharmacy2U continue to send lots of emails reminding me that I have not used them for a while.

My GP's computer system automatically showed up that the prescription should be sent to Pharmacy2U. It arrived in the post 2 days later

Efficient

Efficient. Easy to set up an account and credit money to it. Only problem is if you then want to set up a second savings account you have to wait for your userID to be issued to you via post which takes a couple of days.
