Overall the item is fantastic

Delivery time was a little late in the day. The packing was too tight to remove the item easily. The set up of the TV was very confusing for me (74yrs). The quality of the item is fantastic as is the quality of the picture.

I needed to cancel my auto renew but…

I needed to cancel my auto renew but was advised that this would not be possible as the renewal notice had been sent out. I was advised to phone, the number given was their 9-5 Mon-Fri one and this was after 5.

This package was collected by Yodel the day after the order was placed. I took almost a week to arrive and a day later than advised by Yodel. Trying to find out where the parcel was by using the tracking information provided by Yodel showed out for delivery.
