Excellent service and exactly what my daughter wanted. She loves this clothes company. This is her first stop for shopping for her style of clothing.

My plumbers were beginning to repair a broken underground drain in my extension when they discovered a large ants' nest under the flooring. Work was halted and I rang Able Group in a complete panic as I have a phobia about crawling insects at the best of times. The customer service lady was so reassuring, and promised that someone could be with us within 3 hrs. In fact this was actually only 2 hrs, and the pest control agent dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Success! Within 24 hrs the plumbers could get on with the job. Thank you for being so helpful, and for calming me down when I was so upset. You really didn't make a drama into a crisis, and I am very grateful.

The website was very easy to negotiate and the range of blinds was extensive. I am delighted with my purchase which arrived very promptly and was exactly as I had hoped. All measurements were correct and I had no problem in replacing my old vertical blinds with the lovely new ones!
