I won’t be going back for another car

This is the first time I’ve been to kettering vw the experience was great.jermaine the sales executive looked after me throughout the sale of my new car he couldn’t help enough. Highly recommended vw kettering sale staff would definitely not be buying my next car from here . 8/10 sales 2/10 service

Update on review

I am writing to you with how unhappy I am with the service of my car . When I took the car for a test drive the steer was off centre. I was told by the sale executive that it would be sorted and the chips sorted too great I thought . I was send a video message from the sales executive saying the tracking had been sorted . The car was dropped off to me and I didn’t drive it for a couple of days . On driving the car the steering wheel was still off centre.so on 10th of August I book the car in to be tracked . I phoned up vw parkway Kettering where I bought the cars from . I spoke to a lady she gave the clearance to get it re-track that I would pay for it and then be reimbursed by VW Parkway.The technician at The tracking centre started to track the car and couldn’t do because of a issue on the rear. So I phone back again spoke to the same lady from the first call and she put me on to another lady and she spoke to the technician. When the technician had explained the issue with the car I then spoke to her phone . She said she would ring me Monday 12th August regarding a courtesy car for Wednesday 14th August drop my car off to be looked at which never happened . On Monday evening about 18:45 I phone vw parkways and spoke to another lady told her the issues and she said it would be sort just bring my car down and drop it off and a courtesy car will be sorted. On arrival they was nothing booked in no one had any idea what was going on. I think this is an unacceptable the amount of money I’ve spent on the car.i had to hang around for over an hour to get things sorted . I had a phone call Friday to say what the problem was and bolt and it wouldn’t be in till Tuesday 20th August when get the part which Is a long time for a bolt and tracking to be done . If this problem was addressed in the first place, we wouldn’t be here, would we? My problem is not with a timeframe you’ve had my car as I’ve only had it two weeks and I’ve driven it for one week. My issue is that it was I was told it was fixed upon sale and clearly wasn’t. And the lack of communication between managers and sale staff about booking my car in too . finally picked my car on the 21st August and it still has the same problem but it’s better .
