I have bought several items over the years from studio ranging from clothing ,homewares and electrical items. I have never been disappointed with anything, they always match the description and the prices are reasonable as well.

Decent products to pick from but very, very rarely will you get your delivery on time. I paid for 48 hour delivery on my recent order and 4 and a half days later no delivery or even an updated time so I at least know when I'm to expect it. This will be the last time I use Studio.

Worst customer experience I have ever recieved! I purchased a voucher which states delivery within minutes maximum hours alsmots 2 weeks later and repeated shutdown by customer services who would not happily stated voucher has been sent now can’t be refunded! Told me to give them a different email address?! Nothing wrong with the one I gave although they would not confirm if correct email address! When i stated this they ended the chat for now the 3rd time precocious agent said she would pass to ‘relevant department’ never happened do not order vouchers they do not deliver and then refused to refund you!!!

Studio poor service truly needs to be liquidated
Studio why are you charging customer for delivery and Using EVRI without giving us a choice EVRI has failed to attend property. You have a responsibility to give paying customers a choice or identity a courier service which is a failure or non-trust worthy like EVRI . As you continue to use this Evri service and i have not received my last 3 orders. You are foolish because now you have lost my custom. Please refund all delivery fees ×3 you picked EVRI and they know they are banned from delivering to my property because of there deceitful conduct but do not inform you about they tactics on the ground.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I returned two pairs of the same trainers in different sizes, however I have only been refunded for one pair. Apparently the second pair was never received even though they were in the same parcel taped up together. Studio have "investigated the warehouse" which wasn't done until weeks after the return and I'd only noticed that the single refund went through, so undoubtedly they only have someone else's word for the fact that it wasn't received weeks beforehand. Looking at other groups this seems to be an on-going problem with Studio that items go missing when they are returned. Although I used their specified courier InPost and paid for the return I can't make an insurance claim as InPost have delivered the parcel. I have completely lost faith in purchasing from Studio and any of the other Fraser Group Companies that they are associated with. If a company can't investigate thoroughly, admit they have an internal process problem, and refer you to the necessary organisations to be able to make a claim for the loss of the item then it certainly isn't focussed on customer service whatsoever. I am now having to pay for a returned item that has been stolen when returned to them. I have sought advice from The Citizens Advice Bureau and sent correspondence to support my concerns and claim from Studio. Unfortunately you just get the same excuses every time you contact them. I have been a customer with them for many years and never had an issue before, so thought that I may have been taken more seriously regarding my issues. Don't bother ordering from them unless you are willing to take a risk.
