Moved broadband provider

Moved broadband provider. Paid my final bill and now I'm paying for a TV contract I can't watch without having EE broadband... Spoke with customer services and they're trying to bill me another £85 to cancel it.

So I'm paying for a service I can't use 🤔 direct debit is getting cancelled. You can take me to court.

Customer service are a joke

I also have their sales team knocking on my door twice a day trying to get me to come back 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

full cage rack with pulley system

Ordered a full cage rack with pulley system. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged from transit but the customer care team at strongway were fantastic, got me a new set of cables out within 2 days so I'm pleased with this resolution. I do have my eye on some additional products of theirs so I will be buying again. 5* for customer experience

Great company, Great shirt, Great price

Great company that provided me with a high quality printed shirt and cropped the pictre I sent perfectly! People dont believe its atually mt dog on the shirt :P
I ordered a Large but it was too big so Printerval are replacing this for me. Brilliant customer service, Ive already recommended to friends and family!

AVOID NECTAR! THEIR "forever warrenty" IS A SCAM!!!

Ive had 2 tests from Emmeira group who Nectar sent out, their tests show that my matress is sagging by 10mm on their string test but the board is in the middle of my mattress (not in the areas that have the sagging and where our backs lie) Back pain again after just 4 years of use!!!

EDIT: Changing this to 3* as they did eventually replace my mattress after several emails and 2 reviews here on TP, I still would no longer recommend nectarsleeps. Shame as the mattresses are comfortable. Thanks to Gareth for sorting my replacement

The inspectors who carry out the testing for any inspection on our mattresses for a warranty claim are the same as used by the Furniture and Home Improvements Ombudsman in claims requiring a mattress assessment, as the testing is thorough and proven to be indicative of any possible faults.

Warrenty none existent

The mattresses are great but after 4 years mine now has a depression in it where the base of my back sits and my lower back pain is now back. I put a claim in on the "lifetime warrenty" only to be told it's not broken enough and to wait another 6 months and try again. So I'm back to square 1 and I'll be looking to another company for a new mattress. Would have recommended a year ago but there's no aftercare! AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY ANOTHER MATRESS IN 5 YEARS TIME!

Good price. Poor returns experience

Price of the boots, and the boots themselves were great but needed a different size. Minimum £4.99 return price, even to return to store? Then £9.99 next day delivery for a size up to come next day (bought these as a birthday present).. Ordered the same boots off amazon and they arrived next day with free returns so saved myself some money and hassle. Sort it out sportsdirect!

Great item but returns are a pain in…

Great item but returns are a pain in the a**e. Paid 9.99 for next day delivery but now I have to pay 4.99 return postage to change size. Why is there no option to drop off at my local store?! I won't be using the website again

AVOID

We ordered from German donner kebab house in Lancaster on Tuesday 22nd November 2022. Food was cold and half of it was missing. Was told I'd be issued a refund by the restaurant, I called the day after to see when I would get said refund but was told it wasn't on their system and after being told the manager would call me back TWICE. I finally got hold of him on Thursday, he said I had to go through just eat but they have told me there's nothing they can do as i had to contact them within 24 hours. Absolute discrace of a company.

Just eat has really gone down hill

Called them Wednesday and Thursday to no avail. So I contacted just eat who have told me there's "nothing they can do" as its over 24 hours. Absolute bulls**t. In contact with my bank. Absolutely discraceful,£54 out of pocket the month before Christmas! Just Eat has really gone down hill!! Can't speak to a person directly. AVOID

Poor quality card used!

Ordered a card for my wife on her birthday. I got a personalised one and uploaded some pics of us only for one of them to be completely different to how I placed it. On top of this the card doesn't even support its own weight as it is printed on very poor quality, thin card! £8 wasted!
Ive contacted help at moonpig dot com (trust pilot doesn't allow emails in reviews) but I'm not hopeful on a reply reading other reviews. Shame as I'll be switching to a different company
