First class, I wanted to get prescription transition lenses for Ray ban meta frame and having heard lots of positives online from others about lensology, in particular for their transition lenses, i decided to use them myself. Ordering service was easy, as was uploading my prescription to be used, even had a courtesy check in email to confirm a few days later before production I was happy with the choices I had made. Kept informed all the ay through of lead times and thus was maintained, despatch notification also and the items arrived very well packaged. Great support on the emails which came with a few videos of how to remove lenses safely and how to insert them, three days in absolutely loving them. Great value, great service and great item, don’t go elsewhere, these are your guys 👏🏻 I will be going here again as and when I need to, and highly recommend Lensology.

Never again! Happy with the ordering service but they use Evri, paid extra for two day delivery for 27/01 for a bday present for 28/01. Easier enough to order and pay, that’s where it goes south. Order despatched, tracking shared, reaches depot and stays there for ever. There is no one to talk to, you get annoying AI that says the same thing every day, asked for a person to contact me 15 times and when I do I get a woolly response and the Al responds with the same boring messages as before. It’s horrendous. Had to wait for an order placed on 24th Jan till 6th Feb before they would consider refund or resupply, even though Evri has confirmed 2-3 days earlier to me it was most likely lost, didn’t even get the option for re supply! . Never never never again, some jokers masquerading behind the Debenhams brand, don’t be fooled into thinking it’s the original Debenhams, they went into admin years ago. Go elsewhere or be prepared for disappointment and ground hog day.

Absolutely useless! Opens account, it took 11 days for the security code to arrive and 3 more for the pin details to access online. When I finally get these and am prompted to change user name and create a pin, I do, and immediately it wouldn’t let me back in.
Reset password? No chance, because the accounts not yet activated they have to post out security access rather than email. 7 days later it’s still not arrived, what a complete s**t show! Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of it.

Great items, extremely comfortable, swapping out my traditional ‘go to’ CKs for the bamboo material boxers. These are the best I’ve ever worn. Come well packaged, sized as described and quickly. Early days on how long they will last but so far survived a few washes with no issue and the trade off for comfort trumps having boxers worn out and still going years later if these don’t make it. Love the jazzy colours and themes too.

Useless! Get an email with code 50OFFOVER200W26 which states £50 off when you spend £200+. There are no restrictions in the message, so spent ages looking online, select a pair of Ray Ban Meta, add the code which says it’s accepted but at checkout it’s not applied. So, chat online to a useless person who after taking forever to respond to each point stated that the product I wanted to purchase was not in scope. Thanks for wasting my time with miss leading emails that don’t give you what is marketed once your online. Really love wasting my time like that with false advertising. To add Insult to injury the slow responder had the audacity to ask me if I was still online when I didn’t reply within seconds!?! zero empathy, zero solution, customer care here is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Go elsewhere, save yourself the disappointment and then lack of care or even appreciation for flagging the issue. Never again, my custom will go elsewhere permanently.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit, did my research and went for the A5 treadmill this and it’s been everything I expected so far. The app is useful also. I did have some issues with my remote but the support team were amazing and we fixed it together. The reason I have not given this 5 stars is because this was advertised on a special price with buy it now before price goes up messaging, and I did. It promised a delivery date window of two days (13th-15th) which was what I wanted when I ordered it on 10th. However, soon as the money cleared and the order was confirmed, I received an apology message that my order would be delayed till middle of the month. Really? After pushing the price before it goes up? I ultimately received it 2 weeks after ordering it. They carrier used xpd have a useless tracking system, they are not contactable and their online response promises to message never happened. Wasted 4 days waiting for it to arrive when the app said it was out for delivery, each occasion I didn’t turn up. If you are not happy to wait 2 weeks for something you think when ordering will be with you in 2-5 days, don’t bother. Save yourselves the time of chasing and getting pasted messages from seller and absolutely nothing from the courier, but if you can pay and wait 2 weeks, you wont be disappointed.

Item ordered arrived quickly and well packaged, would have been 5* but I think the postage costs are extortionate and I have no choice as every time time enter a store they never have the size shoe i want in stock.

Happy as always with the ease of procurement and payment and speedy receipt of items ordered well packaged. My big concern is the increase in prices, these are not sustainable to warrant pursuing a collect of silver, even the cupro nickel prices are disproportionally high. Good products and services but would be great in the current climate to reduce those margins for the customers. I get all the work that goes into that final price and not devaluing the product etc but the latest 50p was a rework of the dove £2….without this I find my self pulled into the reseller market more and more for a decent/fair deal 2-3 years after issue.

Over from the UK, Went along today having had this place on my pad for 6 months, and was asked to wait outside in a queue of 1.whats that all about when the Shop was visibly empty? I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for a PA having already been waiting 5 minutes after being told 2-5 minutes by the chap prior to them swapping over, who failed to share that was the reason for waiting. Who needs or wants a PA to shop? If I need assistance I ask! Left, along with the person who was about to join behind me. Shame, your loss CG, went to North face who appreciate people are not idiots and need an assistant just to be in their shop, was able to go alone without
Being made to feel like a criminal and picked up 2 new coats and a Gillet without having spoken to any assistants until it came to paying. Perfect! You may have some quality products but the customer experience is shocking!! Better options and experiences further down the road.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a dog molar toy, it took forever to arrive and when it did arrive the tracker said it was still in customs in the US. At no point when ordering (in £) was it evident that it was coming on a slow boat from another country. Also it didn’t perform, contacted the company and they had zero consideration, apparently the warehouse says it has no quality issue, I work in quality and that sort of investigation is not usually carried out by a warehouse. Asked to swap/refund and it’s all gone quiet. I wouldn’t buy anything here again and I hope anyone reading this thinks twice and does not have the same response. About as useful as a chocolate teapot 😡
