Nightmare avoid at all costs

Nightmare avoid at all costs. Contacted me to ask if I was a PEP (politically exposed person) which I am not. Never heard of the MP they thought I was connected to. I have no connection to politics whatsoever. Wouldn’t give me any info either as to where they got the incorrect information from (despite GDPR requiring all data to be accurate). Wish I’d read their reviews before wasting my time. Don’t give them your money.

Scam company didn’t deliver sunglasses kept my money

Scam company. Avoid at all costs. Reported to bank for fraud. Paid for new sunglasses which never arrived. Messaged them online and got automated responses only asking me to send another message which they ignored. Only buy if your prepared to loose your money.

Totally useless when anything goes wrong

Totally useless when anything goes wrong. Customer service clearly do not use Monzo themselves or are totally braindead. Was with them 3 years and suddenly my available balance disappeared from the app. After weeks of speaking with customer service they still didn't even know what i meant. they were telling me that i didn't have an active bank card when i used it everyday and had money in my current and savings account with them. Do not risk putting your money with them as their customer service is appalling. They are also quite rude and condescending. Switched back to a high street bank which is the lesser of two evils in my view.

Evri are a scam and should be shut down…

Evri are a scam and should be shut down for fraud. They lost 2 parcels of mine, admitted fault , promised a refund and never sent it! it is completely impossible for me to speak to anyone at Evri (i have tried calling them many times). I am unable to get anywhere on chat as none of the options available are applicable. It is impossible also to make a compliant to Evri. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to get scammed. Reply to evri's response-You are lying! it is impossible to call you and leave a voice message and get a callback. Your phone system is set up to prevent people with issues in getting through to any human being. The moment i enter my parcel number for which the refund has been promised your system blocks me from speaking with anyone. There is no facility to leave a message nor to discuss anything via your chatbot.

Evri lost 2 of my parcels over 1 month ago. no compensation

Evri lost 2 of my parcels over 1 month ago and told me to complete 2 claim forms. Totally ignored the claim forms and haven't compensated me at all despite me paying them for insurance. I am now £100 out of pocket. Impossible to get through to anyone at customer service. Avoid them like the plague

Ebay money back guarantee is a sham

Ebay money back guarantee is a sham and not fit for purpose. Don't trust them. Bought sunglasses off ebay which I didn't receive due to Yodel leaving parcel outside my front door in a busy street. Despite photographic evidence from Yodel website proving item was not delivered to me nor left in safe place Ebay refused to refund my money leaving me out of pocket. Their customer service in Albania laughed at me on phone. Nightmare company. Avoid like the plague.

Useless left parcel outside my front door

Useless. Left parcel outside my front door in a busy street which I didn't receive. Waiting for 49 minutes on telephone to speak to them but couldn't get through. Online chat confirmed I couldn't claim despite the courier not leaving item in safe place. Apparentlt opened a complaint. As a result I am out of pocket with no way of claiming. Nightmare company avoid at all costs.

Nightmare company

Nightmare company. lost 2 parcels of mine in a week out of only 3 sent. Told me they were diverting/returning another parcel back to me but never received it and can't get hold of them. Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your parcel and your money! Shouldn't be allowed to do business. Reported to trading standards!

Nightmare

Nightmare. basically stole my £98. Promised a refund multiple times due to a mistake they made refund never arrived despite repeated assurances it had been sent. Tried fobbing me off by telling me to go to my bank. haven are unable to provide any proof refund was made to my bank account either. I do not believe them. Unfortunate as liked them very much re Holidays until i had to deal with their incompetent customer service. Will be reporting them to trading standards and not booking any more holidays with them.

Ripped me off. Do not trust them

Nightmare company. Avoid at all costs.Bought what was advertised as a drive away air awning but realised when read manufacturers instructions that it wasn't a driver away awning. I rang their customer service and was dealt with by an extremely aggressive Lee who basically told me to ignore mslanufacturers instructions as they were wrong and that I couldnt return it as it had been opened. So much for hassle free returns. Ended up giving the junk air awning away. Total waste of £380. I'll say it again avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money

Totally useless and incapable

Nightmare. Sharp sent them round to fix our tumble dryer which they didn't on 3 occasions which went on over a month (with a faulty tumble dryer). With Pacifica involved your manufacturers warranty is not worth the paper its printed on. Perhaps worth finding out before you buy a product how the warranty works as i will not be buying anything again where Pacifica are responsible for fixing!

Warranty not worth paper its printed on.

tumble dryer broke 13 months into a 24 month warranty. Sharp sent Pacifica to fix which they didn't. Pacifica failed to fix my product a further 3 times (either no shows or not having parts to fix). Was then told to email my receipt to request an exchange (a replacement). Then received a text from them with another engineer booking scheduled for when we were away on holidays. Sharp and Pacifica are totally useless. If you buy from them do not expect them to fix your product or replace within warranty.

Avoid ordered a sim, topped up 10£ and experienced the worst customer service ever

topped up 10£ as a first top up and wanted to buy a bundle that was advertised to give me unlimited minutes and unlimited data. Interestingly after applying the credit there was no option in the menu to convert the 10£ to the unlimited bundle basically forcing me to choose 'speak to customer service. After waiting on hold for over an hour, i got through to a gentleman who had pretty much no customer service skills. He gave me a code and said i would need to key this in after the call ended to activate the bundle top up. I did this and got a reply ''not enough credit''... the bundle was 10£ as was my top up. I then checked balance to find my balance was 9.84. where did this credit go as internet was off and i hadnt made a call. I then called customer service and waited 1 hour and 48 minutes to get through. Unfortunately the customer service representative was even worse than the previous one and refused to accept there was any mistake. I said that all i wanted was the bundle for 10£. He got extremely rude. When i told him how bad his manners were it sounded like he put me on loudspeaker as if i had become a joke in his workplace/office. Enough said. Avoid these at all costs! I quickly removed their sim from my phone and it is now sitting on my table with nearly 10£ credit on! The hassle in converting 10£ to a bundle and going through their customer service is simply not worth it. It seems like a very underhand way of getting you to spend money without getting what was advertised!
