SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. They created a pop-up on a bike rental app in Valencia. I only entered my email account and NO PAYMENT details but they retrieved this from the app download (double click on iPhone). Then a message to say I was charged £29.99 for GoCareHelp. I can't even work out who they are but they are NOT related to a cycle hire company. I am in dispute with my bank but this payment should NOT have been authorised.

Dishonest / Theft Taking Place

Disgusting. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES. I am persuing them now via Trading Standards. There are MANY 1-star reviews here about the same issues - STEALING clothing and then reporting it is soiled, the wrong brand or, not up to scratch. NONSENSE. They have an internal theft problem or are knowingly taking items from customers. TERRIBLE company.

I worked with Gilly for 9 months. Brilliant!

I worked with Gilly for 9 months and what a learning journey. I thought I was relatively healthy but wow, I had a long way to go. I feel much more equipped now to go it alone, understanding much more about food, portions, steps, exercise, sleep, and stress.

The LIVA app is great for writing down your meals and getting feedback, the learnings were interesting and the weekly videos from Gilly were full of information, fun and never judgemental. If I had a question it was answered straight away too.

The group is available for those who like that sort of thing (I prefer one to one) and the app linked in with my step tracker too.

Absolutely thrilled with my progress and will miss the contact with Gilly.

Horrible Returns Service

Horrible experience! I ordered a dress through SilkFred but when the dress arrived it had a tag/band tied through both shoulders making it impossible to try on without removing. You have to try a dress on to get the true impression! The dress was a very poor fit (bust and waist) with sequins falling off immediately. I returned the item and a couple weeks later they returned it to me (no note or advice) in a scrumpled up mess. NO REFUND.
