I too watched the ad in awww as I wanted to purchase one for my grandbaby, the ad made me fall so in love that I wanted one for myself, I don't like real animals as they are a huge responsibility if you don't have the time, so I thought perfect, then I went to the website and looked at this puppy for 5 mins then looked at the ad and paused it and then I felt sad. I wanted the ad puppy not this puppy on the webiste, so disappointed. Fake ads should be banned. I'm sure if they advertised it as it is on the website then we wouldn't be so disappointed because then we would know and accept its a robotic toy.

Not sure if there is a shortfall of tutors, but noone seems to get back to you on time.
I finished my course 2 weeks ago, called and emailed CPD contact details and still not a reply, so how can I apply for my certificate to move forward.
