I bought an Oxford Aqua T-70 Roll Bag in November 2023, from Sportsbikeshop and had used it for Motorcycle Camping at Rallies. I found that one of the top side-release buckles could pop open when you pulled the compression strap really tight. The Roll Bag was out of guarantee and out of Sportsbikeshops very generous 365 day return window. I contacted Oxford Products, through their Website Contact Form and Katie Rudman got right back to me. Oxford couldn't replace the Roll Bag, but sent me 2 new side release buckle free of charge, by RM first class post. I can get these sewn on to replace the defective buckle.
I'd just like to say what great customer service and even when something is out of guarantee, Oxford Products found a way to help.

We needed some of the 6mm Push Fasteners for our Honda Rebel Motorcycles. They are used to secure the Battery Trays etc. The genuine Honda ones are really expensive and these were just as good at a fraction of the price.
The website is very well laid out and it was easy to identify the Fasteners we needed, delivery was fast and they arrived well packed.

Go Outdoors Stores are great and their Staff are polite and helpful.
Their website is excellent, but they are let down by using EVRI as their Courier.
Evri are the UK's worst Courier and are totally incompetent at delivering parcels.
My order is over a week late and still hasn't been delivered ....
"We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and We'll let you know once it's out for delivery"

We called in to our Go Outdoors Express in Carlisle to get some new Walking Boots for Bren.
We asked for help and Amy found the North Ridge Flux Speed Waterproof Mid Walking Boots we were after and Bren tried a pair on.
Amy gave us lots of good advice on walking and how we could get the extra 15% discount on the Walking Boots by buying some socks too, which also had a deal on them.

I signed up for Fat Skeleton email notifications and received a very nice personal welcome from Paul Burdass (Owner). Had visited their Stall at Shows in years gone by and bought some Great Kit.
I saw a great deal on some Eyewear (Twin Pack Half Price Bundle) and ordered them after messaging Paul about the fit.
Out on the bike yesterday (for much needed exercise) and tested the eyewear which was great. Optically correct lenses, foam gasket kept the dust out, comfortable to wear under my helmet 😎 .
Great order confirmation and delivery info and a personal video message from Paul, thanking me for my order.
The Eyewear came quicker than expected and well packed.
Sometimes ordering stuff on the internet can be impersonal and without options for asking questions.

We have a wood burning stove and like to burn the compressed sawdust briquettes. We've been getting our supplies from Brampton Wood Fuels for a couple of years now and would just like to say what great people they are to deal with. Dave runs everything and is really friendly and very knowledgable on Wood Fuels. Josh delivers our order and he is always great craic and very helpful.
Good range of Briquettes and Blocks, does wood logs and pet foods too. Much cheaper than buying fuel from supermarkets & big stores in Carlisle.

Rang Craig Moscrop at ATS in Carlisle who told us to bring the Car in to check if it is a Battery or Charging Issue.
5 mins testing confirm old battery needs replacing.
Choice of Batteries available, but went for their top Platinum Battery with 5 Year Warranty.
Battery ordered and fitted a couple of days later.
All is Good, Car starting like new!

We bought a magazine subscription using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers. When we stopped receiving our magazine we looked at Our Account with Great Magazines and saw that our Subscription had expired.
Below the Subscription Expired was Special Offer to take out a new Subscription.
This looked great so we got a Tesco Clubcard Voucher to pay for the Subscription, but when we completed the online form it said our Voucher was invalid.
We phones the Customer Helpline (in the Philippines) and found out that even though we used Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to pay for our first Subscription, we couldn't use them for the Special Offer that Great Magazines had put on our Account.
When we looked into it further we could only use the Tesco Clubcard Vouchers against a Regular Price Subscription.
We feel that their Special Offers are misleading and designed to trap you into paying much more than expected.
This is Very Poor Customer Service from Great Magazines and not a criticism of their offshore Customer Helpline who did their best to help.

My Moto G6 Mobile Phone started to split apart just a month out of warranty. This was caused by a dangerous Swollen Battery issue. Obviously caused by a defective battery.
I have always used the Motorola Charger supplied with the mobile, so no problems caused by improper charging.
Motorola would not help with a "just out of warranty" goodwill gesture and a fully chargeable repair was the only option offered.
I do expect a mobile phone to last longer than 25 months.
Very disappointing; I won't buy Motorola or Lenovo products again. :-(

I shave my head and face one or two times a week.
Boldking is the only razor I have ever used that doesn't clog up.
Easy to rinse the hairs from between the blades.
A great close shave every time.
Boldking have also gone to great lengths to keep in touch and ensure shaving supplies are available through these difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Bren's a postwoman and after she finished her hard round today, she took some shopping to her elderly mum who is high risk and can't go out. On her way home she felt her car wasn't handling right and found she had a puncture in her front RH tyre. Unable to fix it herself she rang Craig Moscrop who works at ATS Euromaster in Carlisle. Craig wasn't even in work today, but took charge of the situation and talked her through what to do from his mobile. Bren drove very carefully and slowly to ATS Euromaster in Carlisle, which was close by. Craig had already rang the Team there and they were ready to help as soon as she arrived. The tyre was damaged so a new tyre was fitted straight away.
It's not just the fitting of a new tyre, it's the fantastic care you get from all at ATS Euromaster in Carlisle. This is Great Service, all the more with the CV-19 crisis affecting us all. Thank You.
