OMG FRASERS are POOR POOR POOR

OMG never had any issues - its moves to Frasers and what a load of rubbish and im being polite!

Cant log on - cant reset details - cant start a web chat - cant call - cant get help

Fine sod you then ill order elsewhere despite having been a studio customer for many many years

Booked on line with VE at Larkfield

Booked on line with VE at Larkfield - had my app for my daughter changed all ok waited another 2 weeks

Then get another call cliche in teh system and its double booked so pushed another 2 weeks - this was a painful call as lady could work out why they had called or when they could fit us in as the manager who had called left no notes

Absolute joke - cancelled and booked elsewhere 3 weeks before they could see us!

If you cant manage bookings why would i let you touch my eyes

told to wait 2 mins at gone 9pm and no more then 20 tables left standing at door way for ages

finally sit and order them wait 20ml a for 2 cokes to be delivered

Food comes. do not order chicken taco look and taste like floor sweepings and next to no chicken.

Daughter got her food and cook made an error and forget my burger. told 4 mins nope much longer and even in rushing the meat was burnt and the bun was as dry as the dessert

Asked a male waiter to order my daughter dessert who had now finished her loaded skins with cheese and the most vile rubber bacon bits. he said i’ll give you a minute and never came back

no toilet roll in the ladies

it was a dive with awful service with the exception of our waitress who was lovely

they have us 25% off but still charged £30 for crap that was inedible.

we left and thankfully went to the frozen yogurt stand opposite as so hungry

DO NOT INSURE HERE

Renewed my policy - put on an automatic auto renew! switched that off.
Asked for dvla checks etc and stung with £89 charge as the dates for sp30 etc were a couple of days out - WOW 100% not renewing

Then email to say i hadnt paid - replied I had

Now they have cancelled my policy - JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been over an hour on the phone and still no insurance and they want me to pay even though the refund they send hasnt gone in my bank

Need to drive my car but not insured - DO NOT INSURE HERE

went for laser whitening and home…

went for laser whitening and home package. when i called to book I don’t have to pay for a check up which wasn’t disclosed when I attended the appointment despite having multiple emails and contact with no pre-information and not declared on the package on the website I didn’t find out you can’t smoke for three days on laser treatment in 10 days for home treatment most people are in T4 white and a smokers how is it helpful at all what a waste of £500 thank God I got a refund

Had to complain as all photos were bent and scratched
They did replace the order so all sorted but would think the pics are checked before packing and the lady from cust serv said they are well Stevie wonder checked mine
Had to send a pic of the damaged ones and they replaced all no hassle
