I took my Fender Jazzmaster into String King Guitar Works after having a really great chat to John the owner over the phone. He talked me through what he could do, what the cost would be and was very helpful in fitting in my repair around practices. John serviced the electrics for me and added some copper shielding to the cavities to help reduce the hum. Very knowledgeable and super friendly, this is a guy with a passion for guitars! Highly recommended.

Great product, fast service!

I had a small glitch when ordering and trying to redeem my points that I had built up. Spoke to Curtis on the support line (got through very quickly) and he managed to amend my order so I was able to use my points. He was very polite and helpful - a good customer experience.
