Sun knows her stuff

Sun knows her stuff, and I am very pleased that she sorted my Tenor Sax out. She is very honest about any problems you may have with your instrument, and will do her best rectify them. Very pleased with her work, and will defiantly go back to her, if I need more work done.

Locked out and Bills not Paid!

Apart from the fact I have been Locked Out of my Account 3 times in 2 weeks, for no good reason! I then have to ring up, and put on hold for ages, before I get to talk to anyone! Bills I thought had been paid, have turned out to be not paid. I have now been charged £20 by Amex for Late Payment, even though I thought I had paid it online. I thought I had paid a friend £1500, and that has not been paid either. Cahoot have been useless! I am now thinking of closing my Account!

Is this company a scam?

I am beginning to think this company is a scam. I ordered two weeks ago, and are still waiting. I am now getting very low on fuel, and not sure what to do. It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone, or online, and I now think I have been scammed.

Useless Service!

What can I say, useless I think is the word! I walked into John Lewis in High Wycombe a month ago, and ordered two blinds to be fitted, on their 7 day turnaround service. A chap came to my house a week later to measure up. After two weeks we had no contact, so I did the chasing. A month on still no blinds, and useless Costumer Service. Still waiting for the Manager to ring me back. I can see why John Lewis`s profits are down!
