Fantastic. I ordered two cars and they turned up within one working day, via DPD so well communicated as they are excellent, and when I was confused by the tracking as it appeared one was yet to be dispatched, I got timely communication via email. When less than two weeks before Christmas my brother decided he wanted the same car I’d bought I got another sent out and it turned up within two working days! Both were well packaged and I kept informed throughout. Definitely using again! So refreshing to get decent customer service!

These people take your money, give you an estimated delivery date and then tell you the item is not in stock, even though the website shows it is. They then email you and tell you the item you wanted is coming two whole months late and gives you no way of changing your order. So then u embark on a long winded process of trying to speak to someone, which usually entails a very very expensive call where you spend time on hold and never actually speak to someone before being cut off. In the end I had to get the money back from my bank, having never received either item and buying what I needed elsewhere, only to get an invoice from the furniture people wanting payment for the order they failed to deliver! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Excellent guy that really took his time for us and did his very best to give us the best price. He had the carpet surveyor out in under a week, who was kind and courteous and did the job as quickly as was necessary. I do wish we had a more solid idea of when our sofa and carpet are due and did expect to have heard by now, but I guess with the Covid situation that is causing issues.

Moving to Ovo is the best thing we have ever done. Our monthly bill has gone down quite a lot and they emailtext to ask for regular meter readings, which can be very useful and helps them and you monitor usage. The website is brilliant too, so easy and straight forward to use and gives you brilliant information on your usage!
