They are great, my mum loves them the box layout is lovely and tastes so good. Love the little touches. Only thing is and not down to these great guys, but when the delivery people post them out, they put the huge postage sticker across the top of the cardboard box, which u have to peel off and ruins the lovely box. But this is not down to the cornish company they are amazing.

Amazing, I ordered this for my mums 80th, she has not stopped talking about the yummy scones and jams. Delivery was quick, good condition. Only teeny weeny thing, which is not down to you lovely people, was the big postage label was covered over the lovely box, and couldn't peel it off, but we covered it in end. Will deffo order again was beautiful and the personnel card was lovely. Thankyou well worth the money.

Like ordering rituals items and aveeno products really good price, I do however get confused with all the money off codes says you can use, but when I do says not on the products iv chosen. All in all good products, good quality and free delivery when you spend £25

After a few very long calls and a little stress, customer services were fantastic and the delivery replacement for a damaged cooker came very quick, very pleased in the end.

The customer service people were lovely, but I'm not sure if they made it clear about a missing part on my item, I think they knew it came in two parts but kept getting only one part of my item. Its been very frustrating for me because of my heart and can only do online, and everything else iv ordered has been absolutely fine, I just don't understand each time my missing part gets resent it's the same again and again missing same part. Although i can't fault the customer care team, they have all been nice and tried so I guess it's the person who is packing it from the warehouse that is getting it wrong. I have again messaged today so will see the response when iy comes thanks kelly
