Slow Software, Terrible Support

Incredibly slow, outdated software. I have a new computer and yet the software takes up all my operating power. Recording a single transaction takes about 30seconds just me twisting my thumbs and waiting for it to load...
If you have any questions at all, you are asked to pay 50% in addition to your monthly bill!?
Now, let me put this into perspective: Imagine you book a hotel room for £100 and then you have a question about how the TV works or you cannot seem to connect to the wifi, and then the hotel tells you "if you have any questions or need any technical help, you will have to pay £50 more"... or you buy an item online at Argos and if you have a question about your delivery or ant to raise an issue about the product, they won't answer your question UNLESS you pay £30 extra.

It's your responsibility to ensure that your users understand the software, can use it to the fullest and are not left hanging when faced with technical problems caused by your software

Extremely disappointed experience..

Extremely disappointed experience... I tried this because of all the great reviews, but it's just like winning the lottery... you win nothing, the odds are always stacked against you. I feel stupid I fell for that again. Not sure if the only reviews here are prompted reviews "only winners are asked to leave a review" and as a loser you never get prompted.

Order never received!!

We ordered our Christmas dinner from this website and haven't received the order! We called them to enquire what happened and they showed us proof of delivery in our "safe place" = the parcel left on the street!! This is South London, nothing is safe on the street! The person on the phone just said it is delivered and there's nothing she can do, and we need to contact the courier! This is your responsibility!!

No customer service

Contacted Zeely support ahead of signing up to ask for a product demonstration and they only have AI "staff" responding. Not a single email is written by a real person. My questions are not being answered and avoided. A legitimate company would gladly do a demonstration to win your business. I'm ready to sign up - just schedule a zoom call with me and walk me through the steps.
No need to respond with another AI copy paste response...(update: I received the AI response below as expected... email support is ridiculous. The best was Tony: " Our entire team consists of real people, each with their own quirks and interests. For example, I personally enjoy puzzles and CrossFit in my free time. What about you — what do you like to do when you have some downtime?". Everyone from Sarah, Tony, Zack, Rick, Julia, Kelly is Johnny on the spot and they respond around the clock so quickly - like real people would :D )

Babies on Board

I just saw a commercial by BA advertising how baby-friendly you are, what a joy it is for the babies to fly! Are you serious???!! Maybe show the full picture and show the rest of the passengers with that thing on board. You ruin the experience of EVERYONE by allowing someone on board who doesn't even pay for a seat, yet proceeds to torture everyone. Stop this!! Dogs over children!

Hidden gem near Liverpool Street — loved it!

Stayed at Wilde by Staycity for a weekend trip and honestly, I was super impressed. The location is perfect — right near Liverpool Street Station, so getting around London was a breeze.
The room was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed — a comfy bed, great shower, even a little kitchenette which was a nice surprise. It’s clear they’ve put thought into the details — things like proper blackout curtains, plenty of plug sockets, and really cozy lighting.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’ve been traveling all day. I also loved the vibe of the place — stylish without trying too hard.
Only minor downside: the room’s not massive, but it’s London, so that’s expected. Everything else made up for it.
Would 100% stay again. Perfect mix of comfort, location, and value. 👏

WOW WOW WOW!!!
This is easily THE BEST online plant shop there is!!
I'm DELIGHTED with my order and the customer service provided by Oliver, Harriet and the team. The plant are so much bigger and healthier than I have ever received from any other online shop. The packaging is excellent! Everything arrives healthy and happy and it's a joy to unwrap theses treasures!
The team of Plants for All Seasons has been so kind, helpful and professional that I'm almost in tears about their generosity and excellent customer service. I need to buy a bigger house just to buy more plants from you guys!! :)
GO AND SHOP HERE NOW! You won't find any better!!

Fast delivery and excellent plants

The delivery of my plants was very fast, very secure and they're all in excellent condition :)
I initially gave a better review here, but revising it slightly... They sent me an email to review their plants and I gave a great rating for most of them and a 2-star rating for 2. The 4 great reviews were posted immediately and the other 2 not at all. I don't like companies that just publish great reviews and ignore negative feedback and restrict people from sharing this. It makes you look really bad as a company in terms of ethics and integrity.

The main issue I had with the 2 plants is that they are half the size than advertised. The pot size matches, but you cannot just plant small plants into larger pots and charge the same price as for the size I actually ordered...

However, I must say that their customer service is excellent and I received a response back right away.
I would thus warmly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered from "Plants for All Seasons" before and while delivery took longer, the plants were bigger (i.e. as advertised) for a similar price. I can also recommend that company ;)

Highly unprofessional dental clinic

Highly unprofessional dental clinic! Avoid!
I expressed interest last year in dental treatments and they kept chasing me from 4 different phone numbers a year later, despite me rejecting the offer already the first time. Any company exerting such high pressure sales tactics and repeated messaging can only speak for a business starving for clients - which isn't a good sign. If you're a great dentist with a great reputation you would have to chase clients like this. They would come to you naturally.
In addition, from 4 different people chasing the last one was rather unprofessional and arrogant (phone number ending in 2922). In response to my message he just responded "I don't have time to read all of this" and proceeded to send me a chatGPT written advert for a kebab shop.
I wasn't going to leave a review for this clinic until I received this dismissive response. It makes me believe that this clinic is overall unprofessional and should you not agree with them or have any concern or problem with the treatment, they "won't have time for that" and dismiss and ignore any issues you may have. Emotional men...

Sehr überteuert... Ich habe 300 Euro hingelegt und könnte das gleiche Resultat für 3 Euro erreichen und zwar so:
* Kauft die gleichen Microneedleflaschen auf Temu für 2 Euro pro Stück - sie können wiederbenutzt werden
* Kauft auf Ebay 100% Hyraluronic Acid Powder und mixt euch das selbst zusammen - 100g reichen für Jahre und kostet ca 30 Euro (somit vielleicht 0,50 Euro pro Anwendung). Das Serum könnt ihr dann für die Behandlung benutzen oder ihr kauft spezielles Serum fertig, aber ist ist alles das gleiche ;)

My Etsy Shop is stuck in holiday mode with the following message:

"We put your shop on pause. Your shop has been placed in temporary Holiday Mode to help you manage your current orders or give you time to verify your seller or business info. While you can’t receive new orders right now, you can still edit listings or draft new ones."

I have no orders in pending and my shop was on track for star seller last month, and have just invested into social media advertising and relisting & listing new items...

I have not received any other message from you.

I've been on Etsy for about 5 years and my shop is in excellent standing. They haven't given me any explanation why they put my shop into holiday mode, and you’re not answering any messages...

I have been contacting you for over 10 days now – daily, no response. While you mention it takes 1-2 days to respond, all you do is close the support cases and remain silent.

What kind of treatment is this?

It’s really quite disrespectful to completely ghost me when you and your community have massively benefited from my success over the last 5 years – all the fees I pay for listings, sales and promotions keep your staff employed and your website running; not to mention my overall review score being 4.8/5.0 further enhancing your site’s success and trustworthiness.

Miserable experience

We booked the dolphin swim for today and were really excited, but sadly it was miserable. :(
The weather was terrible to start, so I specifically asked if the boat would be covered before we started our 30min journey from our accommodation, and they said "yes of course". However, this was not the case, neither do they provide any dry bags or a dry place to keep your clothes or towel. Everything will be soaking wet!
The dolphin swim is more a dolphin chase. There are plenty of boats all chasing the dolphins and trying to get everyone into the water. The boat will stop a few times for everyone to get into the water but you will only see the dolphins for a quick moment if anything until they disappear again. We would have liked to spend some more time there, but once everyone saw a dolphin it was time to leave, rather than wait for a few better opportunities.
On the way back (which is a good 30 minutes) we were absolutely freezing on the boat. We got blasted in the face by the wind and rain and tried to get some shelter under our soaking wet towels. It was really not fun at all.
We specifically just booked the dolphin swim for 2 hours given the weather forecast and when we thought we're finally back they stopped for a snorkel trip! This wasn't part of the tour we confirmed and it was just miserable to sit freezing on the boat yet for another 30 minutes in the rain without any shelter or dry clothes.
This tour may be fun if your boat leaves before all these other boats and it's a warm sunny day, but we had a painful experience and couldn't wait for it to end
