Slow Software, Terrible Support
Incredibly slow, outdated software. I have a new computer and yet the software takes up all my operating power. Recording a single transaction takes about 30seconds just me twisting my thumbs and waiting for it to load...
If you have any questions at all, you are asked to pay 50% in addition to your monthly bill!?
Now, let me put this into perspective: Imagine you book a hotel room for £100 and then you have a question about how the TV works or you cannot seem to connect to the wifi, and then the hotel tells you "if you have any questions or need any technical help, you will have to pay £50 more"... or you buy an item online at Argos and if you have a question about your delivery or ant to raise an issue about the product, they won't answer your question UNLESS you pay £30 extra.
It's your responsibility to ensure that your users understand the software, can use it to the fullest and are not left hanging when faced with technical problems caused by your software
