Unfortunately the box was badly broken at the bottom and the whole box had been resealed. In stead of being able to store it straight into our shed until the summer, my husband had to empty everything out (in the freezing cold and rain) to make sure it wasn't damaged. We have both been ill and are pensioners and it was an inconvenience we could have done without.

Excellent choice of the clothes I was looking for and good prices. Staff are always so friendly. Was served by Nicole but all the staff I have engaged with are so helpful.

Agent was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were happy what we signed up for and it has given us peace of mind. All our questions were clearly answered and we felt under no pressure to proceed. We were given different options and chose the policy most suited to our needs. We were extremely pleased with the Agent we had.
