They hadn’t informed me of any probs but just cancelled the order!

6th time I’ve had to go back with a £330 pair of Ray Ban optical glasses!
Last time I said they weren’t fit for purpose, told they are over 100 days
So can’t help
Frame/ arm screws keep falling out, one of the nose sponge things fell off, had to wait 2-3 wks as not stocked!
Taken back yesterday as yet again broken, told they’d talk to manager, so finished shopping and returned, manager was there, reiterated nothing they can do as over 100 days, but…they’ve scratched my lense so have to order a new one in!!
Just replace or let me go for a different make?!
My first glasses - prior to this were Lipsy, 2 prs for £99
Fantastic value and I still wear them
Awful customer service, product and total lack of interest!
Won’t be using you again!!
