After what sounded like an amazing idea I’m still waiting. We’re into 3 months now and still nothing back other than a promise for a December delivery. Thank god nothing I sent was to do with anyone deceased, or I would be devastated. As it is I’m just fed up I fell for the advertising and didn’t check em out on here first.

Finally I’ve found a collagen that tastes great! Just mix up 2 teaspoons with water and a little milk, tastes like a hot chocolate drink, win win! I love this! Also comes with a tin to transfer into, handy and keeps everything fresh. Customer service just like it should be, excellent. Product arrived bang on time with no messing about. What a great business.

Ordered 2 jackets as we were unsure of the size, charts didn’t make sense. Both jackets were ok,ish but not like the photos. We’re keeping 1 and want to return the other. You got it, they don’t respond to a return request. I had my suspicions and stupidly didn’t check ratings before ordering. I think they are aiming youngsters through TT. DO NOT BUY better off going to Primark!!!

Yet again, super star service from DT. Ordered a replacement cap at lunchtime, paid for the next day delivery, and it turned up the next day!! That never happens these days. DT are always our first go to for our racing kit and extras. Brilliant guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just wanted to do shout out to the delivery team, Adrian & Andy. After a wonky day for them, and getting to me, their last delivery of the day, they went out of their way to take the extra time it took to assemble my sofa. The screws for the locking system had been forgotten by the packaging team and they made sure that I wasn’t left with a sofa in bits. The sofa is gorgeous by the way! But, could have been a disaster if these two hadn’t taken the care they did. Great guys and it’s 10 starts from me.

Such a powerful 2 days, full of enthusiasm and information. I enjoyed it very much, and feel that I’ve tapped into something that will be very helpful growing forward.

Omg - you can tell a rubbish business by the returns policy, silly me I didn’t check this one before ordering. Jumper arrived 2 weeks after placing the order, it’s horrible over spun synthetic wool, too small and nothing like the photo. I’ve emailed them twice saying I’d like to return it, and nothing, and yet their site says “We’re here for you 24/7”
I was taken in by an instagram story of them closing their London store, what BS!!!
