Item too small - impossible to return. No response to 5 emails. No way of claiming refund.
A Chinese scam.

i wish i had consulted trust pilot before ordering because once i did, i tried to cancel within an hour of ordering. i received confirmation of my email but was told it was too late as it had been dispatched (impossible!). over the course of next 10 + days i had various email chats saying that i couldn't cancel but could return once received. eventually i received my order but I had already put a dispute in with my credit card. eventually, i received a message offering 30% off which i accepted but unsurprisingly have not seen issued . the cost to return to china was exorbitant. the product is mediocre at best. the experience was frustrating

I ordered 2 “cashmere” jumpers for Christmas gifts.. unable to gift these jumpers, the quality (probably polyester) and cut of the jumpers with mismatching sleeve sockets is laughable… now, despite multiple efforts of requesting a refund and a return address… no reply..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. DREADFUL

Been had. Products arrived, terrible quality, now being ghosted for a refund. Website and email have been shut down. AVOID.

Scam!
SO bad- over a month to arrive (looks like they are based in London but actually China). When they arrived the quality was SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE!!!! I asked for a refund / return, they first offer 30% refund, then 50% refund, even i accepted offer, they just disappeared!!! Scammer! How can we report this website and shut it down to avoid more people got scammed??

I ordered a sweater a while ago and it is great.

I ordered another one on 15th December 2024. Have not received a tracking order. Emailed them twice since and again today. No reply. Asking where is my sweater.
I guess I shall have to contact my credit card company.

As other comments - do not order from this company.
As already mentioned, products took weeks to come so possibly from China. Quality not as pictured - shocking and fit poor.
States easy returns/money back guarantee if not happy - this is not the case.
They keep saying they will exchange free of charge but won’t give any details to return/refund. Keep saying it is expensive to return - therefore Not what stated on website at all!

Advertise as Velora London Covent Gardens. No address, no telephone no., orders sent from manufacturers. Sob story about having to close down, photos of beautiful products. if you are lucky you might get a very cheap copy a month later and be expected to pay for a return to CHINA. I ordered a lovely, quality, thick, fair Isle jumper. when it eventually came it was a cheap acrylic copy. Despite 6 emails and quoting my consumer rights which entitles me to a full refund and their responsibility for the cost of returns I can not get my money back
(30 days return policy) even though I offered to return it to a UK address or by their courier or with a prepaid address label. Think this should be put in the hands of 'Rip Off Britain' and reported as a massive scam. I only ticked 1 star because I couldn't fill in the form otherwise. I am sooo angry they are ripping off ordinary little people..... I am 79, recently lost my beloved Husband of 60 years and on pension credits and could really do without the additional stress and monetary loss

I ordered two tracksuit bottoms for my son. The Velora website site appeared legitimate. I received an email a few days ago regarding the items being despatched and I followed the link to tracking the parcel and on entering the tracking number, I was requested to pay a further £1.00. No details available of status...it seems I may have been scammed! I wish I had done a thorough check and read reviews before ordering.

Same as everyone else, one month later and no item has arrived but they took my money. Replied to an email and said item was on its way, now ignoring emails asking for a refund.

Scam company. Ordered jumper through advert on Facebook so really annoying that they are using this platform. No jumper has arrived but my money was taken. Terrible!

Terrible quality. Look nothing like they do in the pictures. An expensive mistake.

I wish I could give a zero star. Completely rubbish product. I feel horrible 🤮🤮 They gave me two options
1. Return to China (???!!!!wtf)
2. Keep your goods and refund me 20%

Sucked in to this scam. I did receive the sweaters I ordered but they were NOTHING like in the pictures, as others have said, terrible quality, definitely not Cashmere. No labels whatsoever in the garments. Complete scam. Stay well away!

This is a scamm. Jumpers are acrylic, out of shape! Press contacted about it.Mail online wrote an article about it.

LIke many others I never received the items. I wrote to them twice; the first email bounced, the second gave a broken link. It's a complete SCAM! Do not go anywhere near this company and beware of any heartbleeding stories about having to close the company. Terrible terrible people!!!
