Just updating my previous review about Zavvi.
Today (15th January) the items I ordered on December 7th arrived. Ironically I got the email to say they had been dispatched 2 days ago stating delivery estimated 9th December, how odd, only 5 weeks late!!
I am, however, pleased with the items although it has been a fight to get through to Customer services.
Not a very reliable Company if you're needing items for presents, ok if you're not in any rush!!

I ordered 3 christmas presents on the 7th December and I'm still waiting for these to be sent.
I've emailed several times, tried to reach out on Facebook and had little response and no timeline of when I will get these items.
They took the money immediately and I was expecting them to be delivered within a few days!!
Their website says they DO NOT take payment until the items are dispatched.... Where are they then Zavvi?
More than 30 days have passed so Citizens Advice told me you're in breach of contract now.
I still want the items and I'm reluctant to cancel as it appears that trying to cancel doesn't work!!
I'm never using this company again.. Beware!!

Delivery time was great.
Can't comment on the items as they are for a Christmas gift.

The item I ordered came in on the day released which was good.
My only complaint was that I never got the email to say it was instore. I rang to find out if it had been delivered. The helpful young man said it was there and I should have received the email at 9.30am that morning. This didn't happen!

Ordered mens sliders on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday.. Great service and great product.

Excellent service, arrived within the time specified and would use this company again.
