Jadlam know how to look after their customers, from the availability of models to the support that is needed by modelers to finish their projects, then Jadlam are right at the front. You do not need to go anywhere else.

I ordered a table and was given a due date. Due to the current conditions I was later informed that the delivery date would be delayed until mid March. I was given the option of cancelling but was quite happy to wait. I then received a communication that the table was now available and could I please agree the delivery date, which I did. The table arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Communication and Customer Service was excellent throughout the period.

The quality of the table is excellent, and just what we needed for our small kitchen.

I would certainly recommend both the Company, for its excellent service, and their furniture for its quality.

Best vacuum cleaner we have ever bought. It does exactly as it says on the tin. It is light, easy to use, and empty. My wife thinks it is brilliant.

Never had an problem with dealing with Jadlam. Couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend.

Awful communication and service. Delivery was 1 1/2 hrs late and no communication from Team Knowhow! It took a 10 min call to customer services to try and find out what was happening. But they were unsure and had to check with the depot.That said the driver did phone ahead 1/2 before delivery and the attitude from driver and his mate was excellent. Very apologetic and explained why the was a long delay. There was an issue with the vehicle at the depot which meant they had to unload and reload on a different vehicle. The management new of the issue and the delay that would be caused as well as the effect it would have on customers. There was no effort on the part of Team Knowhow to inform those affected that the delivery would be late - extremely poor customer service. Again the attitude of the driver and his mate was excellent and went some way to mitigate the late delivery.
