Comfortable and good experience

Comfortable and good experience - very popular and good for the environment. Only issue I found was lack of phone charging points.

Every Ember seat has charging points, we're glad to say. They're located in the rear of the seat in front, or if you are in the very front row of seats, they're down beneath the seat at the front, near your knees when seated. That may be why they were tricky to find.

Where is my security deposit ?

Our friends had an unpleasant experience when they tried to check in without a credit card as they only use laser debit cards and the reservation was successfully made online with the same laser debit card. When they arrived to check in the receptionist was unhelpful and reluctant to accept payment of the security deposit with a laser debit card but after 20 minutes they did accept it - My friends are still waiting for the refund of the €200 deposit paid and this is now 2 months later 😳

Hidden fee's contained .... Buyers beware

Hidden fee's contained in an updated addendum pack for a small premises released just before an upcoming auction meant the hidden fee's contained in the terms were likely to be more than the cost of the purchase. Told this was normal by member of their team when I queried, but I can definetely say this is not the norm and lends one to be reminded of say 'let buyer beware' when purchased at their auctions.

Amazing experience from start to finish - highly recommend National Express for their courteous and efficient Bus network. Always leave and arrive on time except where their are traffic diversions and bus is always clean.

Good all round experience

Good all round experience - great variety of products to suit all budgets and tasks and their own brand not bad. Longer opening hours should be considered especially in the warmer months. Very experienced staff in some branches who come from the trades and can give expert advice which is appreciated.

Waited 3 weeks for an engineer to call ou

Waited 3 weeks for an engineer to call out to repair my washing machine. He then arrived completed an inspection then left and told us he needed a part and has not returned since to complete the repair. Not a good experience.
