I’ve been a fatty all my life. Kept seriously fit at the gym, but with no loss of weight. Thought I’d give the phlo a go. Absolutely no side issues, lost weight from 23 to 17 in 6 months, I now only eat small portions but stuff I love live Pies and bread cheese etc.so basically I eat my favs, and lose weight.

Maghull branch Liverpool. Very rarely need to visit a branch, but like everyone in the UK you still need a face to face. I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions. Big thanks to Louise and today Georgia. What I like about the face to face is that you deal with efficent passionate people who really care about their customers. Speedy service excellent advice, Georgia knew exactly what I wanted and took complete ownership of the situation. I’ve been with the TSB for probably 50 years. I don’t care who or what their company name is going forward, but keep Maghull open. And keep Louise and Georgia. Every industry could learn so much on customer interface listening skills and customer satisfaction from Louise and Georgia.

At 70yoa I wanted to move to EE from a competitor. I spoke to a lady- sorry can’t remember her name but she is into her cat and supports Hull FC. So friendly efficent and had the patience to explain what happening both now and opportunity for the future. Really happy with EE thanks to people that care about their customers.

We made an appointment over the app/ phone . Called into Maghull branch . Met Louise who sorted out our issue speedily and super efficient . Louise also advised us on another issue we weren’t aware of, and we were able to make another appointment for a few weeks time to address this. Really good service, and all sorted in around 15minutes. Thanks to all.

As we celibate some 14 months with Castle Green as anticipated and advised some minor cracks appeared in the expected places.
Took a few snaps and put them on the user friendly app. Contacted within 24 hours and date confirmed, we were very happy to meet Daniel who never stopped for two days. Dan even identified areas I hadn’t noticed. Very happy with the service . And thanks to Rachel for coming back to use so quickly.

Thursday night - I used their webpage assistant. Within an hour I received a phone call and had a discussion on the same night. Appointment with Besart made for the Saturday ( and it was on time !) Bes introduced me to a true professional from Kia . They both fully explained the situation - I wanted to move from H.P. to PCP . Superb listening skills from the lady from Kia, who understood my position and took the time to explain my options. All sorted and done with in an hour. Fully recommend Arnold Clark. 6th car from me now .

Efficent. Team knew what they were doing. Advice on what was best for you . I tried my initial pair of contact lenses - which didn’t work for me - the team completely sorted out a new type and pair . Which are superb. They advise what’s best for your type of eyes and needs.

MAGHULL. Superb professional advice service and attitude. Not only sorted out with minimal fuss my bank transfers, but advised me on better saving options. I like the security TSB offer. Pauline who sorted me out was the epitome of someone who actually cared about her customers and gave sound advice.

I found a minor damp patch in the lounge ceiling Saturday 11th. Spoke to Wayne who sorted the plumber same day. Came within an hour. Today I was reacquainted with Paul - from Customer Care - who was as professional as ever, sorted and repaired the lounge ceiling. All done and sorted within 48hours - and it was a weekend! It’s great the way Castle Green people like Wayne and Paul, take personal ownership of things.
