Ive had this hoover for 6yrs it was starting
to show its age, but a few replacement parts and its working perfectly.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided the communication from the engineer was fantastic, explained what he thought was the issue, and what steps he would be taking, including picking up a replacement battery, on arrival despite the extreme cold wet weather, refused a hot drink, worked in very poor conditions to ensure my motobility car was running, replaced battery explained reasons for failure, ensured the vehicle was running wiped down engine bay, extremely courteous and polite a pleasure to have met him, very impressed with service and engineer.

I'm a first time user of this company to purchase additions for my Tamiya 1/10Land rover discover and I found them to be excellent, very prompt delivery carefully packaged item, an excellent service all round and will continue to use and would highly recommend.

This is the second visit to the shop and I must say the standard's are fantastic across the board, staff very polite pleasant and helpful, so much so I have recommended both my Mum and younger Brother to visit as they are looking for new mattresses.

When will bills come down to help the consumer, instead of increases year on year to line share holders pockets. Gas oil fluctuates on market but bils never show decrees just constant excuses of price rises in market. Stop pulling oli over our eyes and act as an individual company and do something radical reward the customer with a nice decrease in prices.
