Above and beyond customer service!

I recently moved to Octopus following an awful experience with another energy provider. Octopus have been nothing less than outstanding in terms of their customer service. I’d like to specifically single out Hannah, who I communicated with via X private messaging (which was very handy!) Hannah help me set up my electric car to charge overnight so I could take advantage of the low cost tariff, but I was having problems doing this due to my car app not communicating with Octopus app. Hannah went above and beyond to find the solution to this, which she did! She was so incredibly diligent, persistent, professional, pleasant, and kept in close touch with me. Thank you again Hannah, your help and support was so much appreciated.
I decided to change to octopus energy after a two year nightmare with So Energy and Scottish Power (long story).
I have been so impressed by the customer service I received today both in person at Silverburn with Liam and on the phone just there with Emma. Incredibly professional, knowledgable, pleasant and very efficient both of them. And the icing on the cake is that I’m paying significantly less for my electricity and gas which is fabulous! And such a seamless switch over to Octopus. Clear instruction on how to use the app and exactly what will happen moving forward.
No idea why they don’t have 100% of the market.
