Honestly can’t recommend Ben at…

Honestly can’t recommend Ben at MOTORMOOLAH enough. I’d actually never heard of the company before selling my car so I was abit dubious. Everything was made so hassle free from sending the pictures over on Monday to selling the car yesterday. Ben answered any questions that I had about the whole process. Also had a lovely man collect the car yesterday. I also just want to say I’d gone to we buy any car before and a few other companies and MOTORMOOLAH offered the most! Highly recommend.

If I could give 0*s I would

If I could give 0*s I would. Absolute awful company, complaints team are diabolical passing the blame to everybody but admitting fault on their part.
Iv been without my tumble dryer for 8 weeks, using pacifica as the 3rd party repair company.
First visit from the technician 2 weeks after the dryer broke he fitted a new sensor and told me he thought it maybe the heater element and that he would order me a new one.
2 weeks after the second technician turned up with a heater that didn’t fit my dryer as they had ordered the wrong part.

I was told he would order it for me so that I knew it would be the right one this time.
2 weeks later another technician turned up with said part fitted it and told me it was in working order. May I add he watched it spin round but never once checked that the heat was coming from the dryer. Once he left I put some washing in it, surprise surprise it wasn’t working.
I phoned up the next day and complained I was told they would order me a new part and once in send me a date for a technician to come.

Technician came and told me it was “broke, but not broke enough” to give me an uplift code so I could get a new one from the company I originally bought it from. He ordered another new sensor and heater for me.
Again another 2 weeks passed I received a text on Sunday night to say that the technician would be coming Monday between 9.30-12.30. 10.30 monday morning came and to my surprise the technician phoned me from his car outside to tell me that the heater had been missed off the order list and that he wouldn’t be able to carry out the repair until the part came AGAIN.

After ringing to complain it fell on deaf ears, when I asked if 8 weeks was a reasonable amount of time for a repair to take place I was told there’s no time scale and that the customer just has to wait for however long it takes. I also asked if I hadn’t worked from home if they would of reimbursed me for 5 days of pay if I’d of had to have 5 days off for their technicians to come out each time (which still never ended in a working dryer may I add).

Customer service skills are diabolical. Please avoid this company if you want a stress free life because Iv had 8 weeks of it. Never again!!

First time ordering was brilliant

First time ordering was brilliant. Really easy and speedy delivery. This time not so great. Product sent without full address so has been stuck with yodel for over 2 weeks. Still no closer to getting my parcel that Iv already paid for.

So impressed with this brush!

So impressed with this brush!! I’m useless at styling my hair but it’s got the point where I’m now using this brush everyday whether it’s to back comb for volume or to us the other side to make my hair more of a wave than a curl. Would absolutely recommend to anybody & have even stocked it in my salon. X
