Customer service is a disaster

Everything is fine until you actually need customer service — then it’s a disaster. I’ve wasted hours repeating the same information about a missing item, only to be sent in circles with no progress. How hard is it to add a simple note to a file?
To make matters worse, the “proof of delivery” was just a photo of my front door with no parcel anywhere. Completely useless. The customer service emails are nothing but automated loops that never address the issue.
Absolute rubbish. I won’t be buying from them again

No common sense

They have a facility where you can state where you want your safe place to be, but don’t bother because the driver ignores it anyway and just leaves it at the front door for the whole street and passers by to see!

Book came with no sleeve/cover

Book came with no outer sleeve which was disappointing. It would’ve been an idea to mention this in the description. But apart from that, a fairly positive experience.

Not worth the grief

Ordered Arsenal shorts and received Man U shorts.
Returned via post office and waited 2 weeks to chase. After calling customer service I was told an investigation would take place as I was able to provide tracking details which proved item had been received in to Verys depot, but heard nothing!
4 weeks after tracking number said item was delivered and still nothing.
Had to call again, still waiting for my refund!

Always 5*

I’ve been using 365 for quite some time now. Always been 5* for me. Even had contact with customer service during COVID-19 lockdown and they were quick to respond and solve the issue. Would definitely recommend. Usually cheapest too!
