Ordered a TV from B&Q with delivery…

Ordered a TV from B&Q with delivery promised by today for my son’s birthday. The delivery date was changed at the last minute. Customer service admitted it should arrive today but said they couldn’t help because it was a third-party seller. Manager simply said “let us know if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow.” Very poor handling and unacceptable for a trusted retailer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform. In the past, my positions have been sold while in profit without my consent, and on several occasions stop-loss orders failed to execute. However, the latest incident is unacceptable. I placed very tight stop-losses on Friday to protect a large position. Despite this, when the market opened on Monday after a pre-market drop of around 3%, my positions were sold at losses exceeding 3%, completely ignoring the stop-loss protection I had already set. This failure cost me a significant amount of money. Risk management tools that do not work when they are needed most make this platform unreliable and unsafe. I withdrew all my money now! Please stay well away! Username is Esin 1971. Also it has been nearly a week no one has wrote back to me about my complaint!

Trip from hell

Trip from hell! The weather was great until I went on the bus. It was freezing unfortunately I had my coat (just in case even though no needed) in my suitcase which taken under the coach! I said to him before we start it was freezing the driver said I know I will change it! Well what a mistake I took his word for it! It has been n still cold I told him he said it was on automatic I saw people putting their coats on etc. I didn't have one! I asked him to stop it somewhere convenient he said no! Manchester to London what a disaster trip that was!

This is the very addictive game I played and paid at least £50 so far. But, they keep prompting you pay when obvious you will gain good rewards but no unless you pay! I even wrote email, They could not help me! I am boycotting this scam game! Please avoid!

Outrageous experience

Outrageous experience! You should be ashamed! I even wrote the guy before I booked a flat. As soon as he said yes available then I booked it. I guess not! Someone booked it around the same time. Airbnb or the guy took my money and left me with no flat to rent. They said it wasn't available. OK why would you take my money over a a place is not available anyway? 😡😡😡Customer service says it takes nearly 7 working days! Liars, cheating company! I only had enough to book a place!!! You should be ashamed! I just checked the flat is still available to book! The liar host advised me to book somewhere else that belongs to him! AVOID!

Please do not use this company, they are scammers! They don't even answer you and we can even call them. They are charging super extra for the holiday I booked for Milan! What a shame!

I only needed it for a month but they been taking my money regularly. They have no customer service sadly I can only write to them. Worst experience I have ever had a…

Worst experience I have ever had with a credit card company in my entire life! I had £2000 limit on my account and I purchased a pc to be delivered to my own address. And they cancelled the transaction and they said it was a fraud! What a joke! They phoned me from my own number and I told them it was me and they said no you have to prove it. They said they will send some form to prove my ID. It has been a week I received nothing. I called Jaja, the woman was rude she said my card is under the the review! What the hell! 😈👿👿👿 Disgusting, disgraceful!
