Buyer beware, you might not be on their payroll but you'll finish up doing a DIY!

I was completely led up the garden path by both the outlet and the call centre in Southampton. The outlet customer service, along with the Southampton call centre, is absolutely appalling. Customer focus doesn't exist in their vocabulary. No green slip given, just a couple of numbers and "there you go, you're on your own". I had to register the bloody car having managed to find the information I needed on Google, for god's sake!!!!

They're too busy trying to sell you bolt-ons - which I didn't bother with. I wouldn't give them the benefit.

Tip top as usual

Tip top as usual, only down side was the delay in the flight home. It would have been nice to have been given some indication for the delay. Keep your customers updated!

Scum company

Please, please stay away from this company. They recently sold a maintenance contract to my best friend who was dying of cancer. The sales rep (slug) knew full well that he only had a matter of days left but despite this they sold him a three year contract for nearly £3000.

We, like others, have been in contact with them with promises of refunds, you’ve guessed it - nothing. We even spoke to the MD who was “appalled” at the actions of his rep and promised to refund the money.

Needless to say, nothing. Just how low some companies will stoop is beyond me. These people are the scum of the earth and should be sent to hell for their actions.

PLEASE keep well away from these scum.
