Buyer beware, you might not be on their payroll but you'll finish up doing a DIY!
I was completely led up the garden path by both the outlet and the call centre in Southampton. The outlet customer service, along with the Southampton call centre, is absolutely appalling. Customer focus doesn't exist in their vocabulary. No green slip given, just a couple of numbers and "there you go, you're on your own". I had to register the bloody car having managed to find the information I needed on Google, for god's sake!!!!
They're too busy trying to sell you bolt-ons - which I didn't bother with. I wouldn't give them the benefit.
