They don’t respond to emails

They don’t respond to emails. I asked an important question on the 8th and still haven’t received a reply. It seems they only respond when they see a chance to make money. Now I’m left unsure what to do about these topics.

Also, what about the BOI reporting after 90 days and the IRS Forms 5742 and 1120? From what I understand, BOI is due 90 days after formation, and the IRS forms are due in April.

This whole situation is a mess. Don’t go for the cheapest option—choose a company that’s more reliable and has better reviews.

Good interface, but thats where it ends.

UPDATED:
I JUST WANT TO CANCEL! IM NOT PUTTING ALL MY MONEY AT THIS BANK, they charged me 21k for a yearly subscription instead of 2100. Its just ridiculous


Very nice interface and easy to use, but their customer service is mwa.

I got promised a entreprise plan with 1% cashback for 160 EUR monthly and 120 EUR/month yearly in the chat.

Then i got a accountmanager that gave me 269 EUR monthly for the same thing, while promised otherwise at first.

Now im trying to get a refund but they dont respond and my accountmanager Iris just ignores all messages.

Interface good, support bad. Watch out!

This guy is a magician!
