Ordered to Finland
Ordered to Finland. Got a message that my package was already delivered even though I didn't never even receive tracking number let alone a package? Messaged customer service and "Aurore Sieffer" told me that I ordered it to germany, they don't deliver to finland and also lied that finland wasn't even an option in their website when choosing delivery address (even though it is and I send her the proof). I'm very curious that were they sent my order, because far as i'm concerned there is no german city called Turku... And they still managed to send it somewhere. She told me that they will refund my order but not the delivery cost because it was my fault?

We are very sorry for this, but we tried out on our website and a delivery to Finland was not possible and is blocked from the website itself. You then have probably selected Germany and did not informed us about it even if the address was confirmed on your email confirmation for the order.
We have send this order without knowing about this and have to pay for the shipping and return charges from the transporter.
We have refunded the bottle you have bought but cannot refund these charges, as you have unfortunately placed this order and never informed us about any problem with the delivery address before the shipping.

Reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to place an order but my experience was really good.
The support team answered my question very quickly and confirmed that no additional customs charges would apply (I was landed with a rather large and unexpected charge a few years ago dealing with another company!).
I ordered on Friday and delivery was the following Tuesday.

Issues with order, but satisfactory solution
Placed an order on 10th of December. Three days later, received no shipping confirmation. Turned out one of the products I ordered was actually out of stock and they can't give me an ETA but they offered to ship the available products to me that very day, and ship the other one when it arrives. To their credit, they replied almost instantly. After 5 days, something apparently still went wrong, but I was contacted and the issue was escalated quickly.
I suspected what went wrong with my order is just a fluke based on the many positive reviews here, it can happen. Very satisfied with the eventual handling of my issue/complaint. And it's nice that you get to communicate with a person, not a chatbot, for support.
So Would give 4,5 stars in the end, but I'll round it up to 5.
