Amazing service, have been using them for years. I needed some super-last-minute end of year accounts done and Steve went beyond expectations to help get it done in time!

The app is great, accountants are great. This is what accounting should be!!

Have used Ember for a couple of years now. It's ideal for a self-managed company as it takes very little time to stay on top of everything. The team are friendly and professional - Katie just did this year's accounts and it was smooth and simple for us, so thank you :) Plenty of incremental improvements get released too, so it's getting better and better. We moved from Xero... talk about chalk and cheese.

The software is very easy to use, the reports are great and customer service is phenomenal. My company’s annual accounts were due very soon and Steven helped me prepare and submit them in a timely manner. He was also very helpful in explaining how to categorise certain transactions and just made the entire process easy for me. Highly recommend!

Firstly, let me say that Ember has found a way to incorporate technology, AI, and a human-centric personalised approach to its services. It's fantastic!

Even though there are certain digital accessibility challenges when using my assistive technology, this is some of the best support I have received for my business. If I am honest, it's also some of the best support I've received from an organisation when I told them I have a disability that sometimes limits me from doing things the way that I want to.

The combination of Ember's technology and expert support really does cut down the amount of time I have to spend on my accounting obligations. Special thanks to Katie, David and Ashleigh for all your help 🙏

Fast and clear service, removes one of the headaches of running a business.

I have learnt more with Ember accounting in 2 years than I have with any other accountant in the last 10 years before coming to them. I was always left in the dark when it came to knowing how accounting worked. This lead me to resenting the accountants I had before as I never knew how they arrived at their numbers. Now with ember it's like I am becoming an accountant and using the help of the system and of the expert accountants to give me the financial confidence I need to keep moving forward. Thanks guys.

It would be great if you integrated with Capital on Tap credit card. But apart from that 5 star service.

So good! I accidently missed out a transaction from my sole trader account. They were happy to resubmit my tax return as the deadline had not passed. They have not requested more funds to do so. So better than a typical accountant.

Steven from ember was excellent help, even with my slightly complicated Crypto and other self-employment calculations!

Been with Ember for about 3 years now from my start up. I enjoy the simplistic digital bookkeeping software, which I will add they are always seeking to improve with its handy latest addition of Ai.
The software also gives you lots of tips and breaks down the complicated phrases into more readable terms, which for someone like me, is ideal.
From Payroll to Dividends its got it all covered.

For me the best bit is Embers message system. Its a much more proactive way in responding to those little burning questions that pop up as you journey into the world of self employment and terminology spaghetti!
A quick message and a response is usually within minutes.

Ember is much more efficient at this vs your typical Highstreet accountants, which would usually mean phone calls and delays and overly complicated terms. (It was actually this reason I left my previous accountant from another start up business I had, they may as well have been speaking another language to me).

Ember however keeps it straight and understandable.

Steven in particular is fantastic and always responds promptly and clearly. He has also recently been great, sending a signed letter to my mortgage lenders with the required details they asked me for. Not to mention a billion other questions he's helped me out with along the way.

I would highly recommend Ember to anyone.

I recently lost something on one of the ember buses and the help getting it back was amazing! I forgot a vinyl record on a bus from Dundee to Glasgow and realised on another bus back home. When I realised I called Ember customer service and they got back to me quickly, efficiently and clearly. The customer lines were clear and they helped me get the lost property back into my possession. Lyndsey Mutch in customer service deserves nothing but the best!
