Good product and support.
I bought a Standard Standing Desk 5 year ago. Since that time I met twice a temporary issue, and was unable to lift it up again. Thanks to Flexispot's support I have been able to reset it and it works fine again.

Everything went well. I'm satisfied with my new desk.

I bought a computer desk for our son. The product is of excellent quality and assembly is very easy. Unfortunately, we noticed that one element of the desk was damaged by the carrier. We contacted the after-sales service and our contacts were all very responsive and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend this merchant site!

I ordered a standing desk from Flexispot, I got some issues with the delivery company, that lost one of my package (40kg package, I'm still wondering how they did it). But customer service of Flexispot was super kind, and helped me to get a new one quickly. They always replied to my message in one hour, and they did their magic to help me having my new desk. The assembly was smooth, even though I had to take a look also on video material on Youtube from Flexispot to make sure I was not doing something wrong. The quality of the desk is matching the price, superb finition, I love it!

I bought a table and wheels to optimize movement. Excellent product - and a special mention to customer service. The wheels were lost by UPS, and Flexispot sent me new ones free of charge. I recommend!

I bought a E7 Pro frame and a CH1B to fit my computer in it.
Frame installation was easy and it’s working perfectly fine.
The CH1B was to narrow to fit my computer but the support was of great help to return it.

I purchased an E7 desk frame on 7 October (order number 3547558). The website said it would be delivered within three working days of purchase. As of today, 12 October, I have not received it, while I have received the rest of my order ( board and cable management mesh).

On the GLS tracking page, the tracking information for the number I received states that they haven't even received the parcel from Flexispot. They only have the delivery information (tracking number 500257692557).

So now I'm stuck with no desktop and a board without a frame.

Been using it for a couple of weeks now.
Very comfortable, easy to use, solid base. Looks good. Nothing to say. I'm very happy with it !

I want to share my amazing experience with FlexiSpot! I recently purchased the E5 desk with the GT1608 top, featuring beautifully rounded and refined edges, the CMP051LL cable management, and a PS0 10 extension. Honestly, everything is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

There was a small issue with the E5 desk, but FlexiSpot's customer service was top-notch. They responded super quickly, sent me a brand new desk, and even made sure I received it and that everything was working perfectly.

I bought E7 Pro and CH1 and both quality is very high. The customer support is also excellent. I warmely recomand.

I bought a chair BS11 PRO on 5/21.
After 3 months it had a damage on the seat.
They immediately answered and sent me a brand new one.

I bought desktop E7 Pro and I really enjoy it, it's a very good quality.
Documentation is not very clear, but in fact it's simple to build it, so no problem here.
Delivery follow-up was easy and I received all my packages in less than 10 days.
One piece was missing but customer service answered quickly and propose me to replace it.

I bought E5B frame and PR1206-Black-FSC in June.
I had a terrible experience with delivery companies BUT Flexispot customer services were amazing and they couldn't handle the situation better !

The Desk it self is great working fine with very good cable management. I recommend it and will rebuy from them in the futur.

I placed a order for a E7Q but only the 350€ coupon worked, the 400€ coupon was not accepted strangely enough. After placing my order I contacted them to ask if they could still apply the 400€ coupon and they did without a problem!! Great service and fast response!
