I ordered the mini duo for a gift for my daughter. It never arrived and I was told it was lost. I was sent another duo of pots and one pot’s box was heavily damaged , the lid chopped and the spoon broken.
It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have a suitable gift as the one pot’s box , lid and
Spoon are damaged. There is no phone number to contact a human. Everything is by email and it is frustrating as no one is answering my emails in a timely manner.
I bought this expensive crock pot, I guess I thought it was just a crock pot and not a pressure cooker also which I do not care for them. My mistake, however the gauge on the outside that collects the steam clearly states to pull down on it to empty not out, which we did and it snapped breaking one side so now it does not snap back together. It should have some kind of release. Now my crock pot will just drip all over so i probably will not use it often. kind of made bulky.
From the moment I ordered to when my daughter in law and son received it, the experience was pleasurable. I bought the large wonder oven for them as a gift and they LOVE it! I know I will be purchasing one for myself now!
We were happy with the product(s) themselves. However, the service is what really set things apart. We had a matter of concern and we received responses quickly and promptly where they understood the concern and provided options to addressed our concerns.
Save your money!!! Don't do it!!!! These pans are advertised as beautiful and non stick. . BUT, the paint chips off even with the most care taken, and EVERYTHING STICKS!!!! So in the end, you're paying top dollar for...... havent figured that out yet! They dont even stand behind their warranty. Do yourself a favor and run away from this choice, ANYTHING else would be better!!

I was given an always pan as a gift a couple of years ago. Recently it has started to deteriorate to the point where it is now unusable. The handle developed a crack which has resulted in the handle disintegrating away. Unfortunately as the pan was purchased before 2024 it only had a one year guarantee which speaks volumes of the poor quality I have experienced. Pans at this price should last at least 5+years, I have cheaper pans that are older and still stand up to the test of time. Thankfully this was a gift and I didn’t spend my own money on it. I would never purchase one of these pans. I’ll be purchasing Lakeland’s version…£60 and a 10 year guarantee!

Bought a large Always pan in December 2022. It cooks well, but the non stick surface is easily marked and it really is not a durable pan. It's probably been used a dozen times in 3 years. In Jan 2026 a 2.5cm chunk of metal fell out of the handle, and grey powder started to stain hands and worktops from the exposed surface. I do not know if this metal power is toxic, so the pan can no longer be used. Looking at the failure it's clear that there has been some sort of "dissimilar metals" reaction at the handle/pan interface and this has caused the underlying metal to expand, pushing off the piece
I contacted OurPlace who replied promptly and politely. They did offer a small discount if I purchased another unit, but did not address my concerns about the materials issue or the safety and quality of what are, on balance, quite expensive pans. I have declined their offer because I have no confidence in the product. In short, it's expensive and not durable.

Prompt order fulfilment, delivery etc. I would have given it 5 stars but the coating on the cupcake tray was a bit too thick (sloppy?) and hardly fit in the oven. After quite a few push and pulls in the oven and a bit of cooking oil on the edges, it eventually slid in and out without too much friction.
A bit pricey too.

I was excited to get my order, which came fast, it took about 3 days to arrive. The non stick is absolutely NOT non stick. That is the biggest disapointment for me. I replaced old pans and they were working better on that aspect that my new ones. Everything else so far is ok with my new set.
Second very bad point, the customer service. It is horrible how long it takes to get a resolution. I was impressed how fast it got to my place. Unfortunatly, something broke during shipping and getting a replacement took forever. My case was handled by 3-4 different people and everytime they were telling me that this is not the kind of service they want to offer...but yet, they all have offered a very bad customer service. Altho the agents are very nice and polite, the procedure takes forever it's ridiculous.
At this point, I don't even know what trick to use to get the non stick pan to be non stick.

Don’t buy if you have an induction hob!!
Having used the original always pan and big pot which we loved for 5 years, we bought a set of new our place pans for our new kitchen and new induction hob. We also bought the baking set with big griddle pan (which doesn’t fit in a standard electric oven and doesn’t work with Induction!
Even though they state the are compatible, our new Elica Tesla hob doesn’t detect the smaller pans and also the always pan and big pot either take ages to heat up or I have to turn up the hob to 8+ to get a sizzle, which then burned the food.
I must say the non stick coating on the new 2.0 always pan is rubbish compared to the original always pan.
I have tried a different brand pan and it works fine. This has a completely flat base.
I rang Elica and they said there basically there isn’t enough magnets in the bottom of the pan. The older always pans work much better as they are flat and don’t have the dots.
I reached out to customer services explaining the issue and all I get is, we can give you a refund.
I’ve asked numerous times if their cast iron or titanium would be better they never answer the question.

Don’t buy this product (Wonder Oven). It looks cute but doesn’t do what they say it does. It took over 20 days to arrive and even then what I have ended up with is a very expensive toaster and grill. The ait fry function does not work, my chicken was raw in the centre after over 20 minutes, and it can’t even air fry chips. It was unable to roast small cubes of pumpkin, i doubt it could tackle a chook as advertised. Customer service is essentailly AI and delivers more instructions to troubleshoot even though I had supplied comprehensive evidnece of the issue. It took 7 days for them to even recignise that it is a warranty claim. Now I face long wait of sending the product back, waiting for them to review the claim and possibly issuing a replacement or refund. Based on my previous experience with them it will like take 40 days. What a joke!

I received my first Our Place pan in May 2024. I had heard nothing but great things and was very excited to finally have one.
It worked well for 10 months and I followed all of the recommendations regarding care and maintenance regularly. When food began to stick and the quality became concerning I contacted the company and was assured this was a one off, and they would issue a replacement.
I received a replacement March 2025. I continued with the regular care and maintenance until the same thing happened in Jan 2026. I contacted the company again, and they offered me $30 off purchasing another pan. I followed up again showing evidence of how I had followed their recommendations to remove the issues without success, and they wrote a long email to say sorry for your frustration, hide behind their policy that the warranty begins on the day of purchasing the first pan, and leave me with an expensive piece that I can’t use safely anymore.
To summarize, I have had two of these pans and both of them have only lasted 10 months, despite taking excellent care and their claim of longevity.
As a consumer who researches and spends money on things that are advertised to be worth it and last, I am extremely disappointed.
To Our Place representation- just be honest and tell the consumer upfront that the pan lasts 10 months and that you will replace it one time. After that, perhaps you could create a recycling program, because otherwise, you are adding to our environmental problem with more waste.
I would also like to note that I am trying to post an honest recount of my experience as a verified customer on the Our Website with no success so far.

It is a very nice looking pan and I was happy with it at first but it is definitely NOT non-stick over time. Those ads where the fried egg just slides right off the pan is pure fiction. Everything sticks to mine. Definitely just hype marketing and not worth the money.

Ordered £500+ worth of items, some became faulty. No replacement received despite being told repeatedly they are on their way. Eventually initiated a return of everything and still waiting for a refund. Terribly slow customer service. Deeply disappointed in the company and will never use them again.

This is my new favorite appliance that truly does everything! We used it for 7 months when my kitchen was being remodeled. It heats up so quickly and cooks everything perfectly. I have used it for baking cookies , roasting veggies, air frying chicken, toasting sandwiches and more. When I had an issue with the on/off/timer button, Our Place customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend this company.
