Great products

I’ve done two paint by numbers now; one a custom print of my dog and the other of a watercolour heart. They look amazing and I’m now buying more! Can’t wait for the next lot to arrive will be ordering on the 3 for 2 offer. Delivery takes a little while, which they do state so if you’re happy to wait it’s worth it.

I have ordered twice now from Houseart, as presents for my family.

My first order was unfortunately missing due to the carriers leaving the package outside my flat, however Houseart promptly sent out a new replacement.
The only downside is the delivery time, as the items come from China.

Fabulous painting!

The Houseart paint by numbers kits are fantastic! I ordered a paint by numbers of a photo of my wife holding our grandson. I received it just before Christmas. I finished the painting last night and it looks just like the original photo! The paints, brushes and canvas are all high quality and the product is great value for money. I will certainly be using Houseart again and recommend anyone wanting to give a creative and personalised gift to do so too!

Fantastic painting by numbers kits

I have had a few purchases from Houseart and I am really pleased with them. My first painting by numbers I put on a painting by numbers Facebook page when I had finished it. I had 89 comments from people saying they loved it snd I told them where I got it from houseart. It also had 395 likes to date too. Really pleased with this company

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong…

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong painting - I ordered an Italian lake scene and was sent an Elephant instead. It was a christmas present for my daughter and by the time it arrived, there was no time to complain or get it exchanged. I was extremely disappointed.

Really pleased with result!

This was my first try at painting by numbers having never considered myself artistic. Have to say I really enjoyed the painting and it looks way better than expected- definitely good enough to hang! Already planning my next picture. So many to choose from and like the choice of sizes and detail. Would recommend getting a magnifying glass to help you see the numbers where there is lots of detail.

UPDATE

UPDATE After 9 weeks of dispute I have eventually received a full refund for my purchase which arrived damaged and incomplete.

I have been in dispute with this company since 16th December when I received a painting by numbers package. The package was damaged and opened, the contents wet and there were NO PAINTS.
After many emails, most of which were ignored, they will still not accept responsibility or give me the requested refund. As a replacement is useless now for a Christmas present.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of more reliable ones out there.

It took a long time to arrive

It took a long time to arrive due to it coming from China which I did not realise at the time as it said house art uk.
The painting itself doesn't really look like the image on the website, it is supposed to be sea waves but most of the paint colours are brown and now completed it looks more like a magic eye picture.
A lot of the paints were dry and thick or completely dry.
Such a shame as I was really looking to it.

Super range of pictures to choose from…

Super range of pictures to choose from and being able to choose more detail or less for each picture is great. Good brushes supplied and the paint is mostly really good however a few arrived dried out a bit ( easily solved by mixing some with a little water).
Slow delivery as coming from China but ok once you know to expect this.
Some of the finished pics are good enough to hang.

I ordered the framed one as it's been a gift for my wife. We've had such paint-by-number paintings before, and ordering from Houseart has been at least equally good to those from other sellers. Having it ordered framed has definitely worth the money.
The paint is of good quality. However, the detail of the painting is not as the detail of the picture that was shown on the listing.
I may give it another go to order a second item, just to see if i can include Houseart on my list as a source for future gifts.

Quality product for a good price

The quality of both the canvas and the paints is top-notch. The colors are vibrant and the texture of the paint is perfect. Delivery was a bit slower than I anticipated, but since a paint-by-numbers is a labor of love that takes time to complete anyway, I didn't mind the wait. It’s all part of the experience! Very happy with my purchase.
