Only negatives - Wish the high delivery cost was incorporated into the shown cost of our chosen sofa and also it's a shame not all of the sofas shown online are in store (or even any other stores apparently).

The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable and make purchasing easy.

I have done a couple of these now and find them totally relaxing, all consuming and a real escape for a few hours at a time! I love the sense of achievement once finished and framed for all to admire.

I think they provide good value for money with good quality canvas and paints (though, to be fair, some colours seem better than others for viscosity and coverage). My only suggestion for improvement would be to use light grey numbers on the canvas instead of black which can sometimes prove very difficult to cover adequately.

I certainly 'have the bug' and will be buying more.

Having just completed what turned into a very long and complicated house move, I can only wonder at what it would have been like without Hirakshi! She was amazing, pure and simple! Nothing was ever too much trouble and she showed us nothing but kindness, patience and absolute professionalism. We never want to move again but if we did, we would certainly use Dutton Gregory, and Hirakshi particularly.

Just back from a whole family holiday in North Devon staying in 4 different lodges at Clovelly Lakes, a beautiful secluded site, ideally positioned for many of the attractions. Had a brilliant time and up to the great standard of other Holiday Cottage venues we've stayed at before. Holiday Cottages make the whole process very easy and I have always found them helpful and good value for money.

We have just booked our stay and cruise package of Borneo and Malaysia with Lily Canderton who has been nothing but helpful, courteous and extremely pleasant. Really looking forward to continuing to liaise with her until our fantastic holiday in Feb 2023.

Extremely pleased with our shed. It was very easy to erect, true to expectation. Long wait but worth it. Has been up for about 6 months now and looking secure.

Very pleased with our new Karndean Van Gogh grey brushed oak vinyl flooring - we went for the standard in our hall and the rigid core in our lounge. Both easy to lay and look good. Reasonable price and good customer service with regards to ordering and delivery. Would recommend.

I took a photo of my new kitchen blind and uploaded to have it made into a matching glass cooker splash back and another decorative acrylic panel for my utility room. Colours slightly more muted than the blind but that could well be photo quality. In any case, VERY happy with them and have finished the kitchen off beautifully. My only small criticism would be the amount of time it took for them to arrive but they were worth the wait. Helpful staff too. Would recommend.

Really pleased with our new sofabed. Went for the Launceston armless 3 seater which makes a slightly bigger than double bed. Very comfy as a sofa and bed. Firm and sturdy. Delivery as expected. Happy customer.
