The sizes are not at all true to size

The sizes are not at all true to size. I'm normally an S, I bought an M because they indicate you have to size up. They offered 1 exchange, so I ordered L. But even their size L is too tight for me - and you can't be reimbursed once you opened the seal (but you can't fit it without opening the seal...). They are friendly, but I can not wear underwear that's too tight, especially during my period...

Not worth the wait.

Not worth the wait.
I had to wait for over 2 weeks. I thought it was from a Dutch webshop but it had to come from the U.K. (Not so sustainable)
The return policy is also a big issue. You have to pay for the return etc..
I ordered 2 sizes up and it's still a little too small for me, so I'm a bit disappointed. I'll use them, but I'll never order there again.

We’d like to clarify a few points. Orders are shipped internationally via our logistics partners, which can sometimes mean a longer delivery time than expected. We’re always transparent about this on our webshop, and we’re continuously working on improving both speed and sustainability within the limits of responsible production and transport.

Regarding the fit: online sizing can be tricky, and everyone’s body is different. That’s exactly why we offer a fit guarantee with a first order. If the size doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to exchange the underwear for you. You only need to pay a shipping fee of €6.95 for the exchange — no return costs are charged. If you send us an email at [email protected], we’ll gladly help you personally with a new size.

As for returns, our return and exchange policy is clearly available on our webshop before ordering. Because this is a hygiene product, we have to work with sealed packaging and specific return conditions, but we do try to be as fair and clear as possible about this upfront.

Everything is a disappointment

Everything is a disappointment. I had to wait 3 weeks for my package. Then when it finally arrived I had to send in pictures to confirm it was still sealed (how can you determine a return if you cannot open a package?) And then, only then you hear that you need to send it back to the UK for minimum 10 euro own costs.
What a hassle! Great marketing, you assume customer experience will be fine but I haven’t had this type of experience since the early days of online shopping.

Horrible experience with unhelpful customer service and bad quality product

If I could rate my experience with less than 1 star - I would. The underwear does not work - it started leaking in the middle of the beach on my holiday after the 1st swim. I felt so embarrassed and it ruined my day. When I contacted the support team, they told me I needed a smaller size, but as I showed to them on the pictures, a smaller size would be too tight to be comfortable and wouldn’t fit me. I asked for a refund, to which they said that returns are not possible once the product has been opened. I then also showed them pictures of the quality of the bathing suit after the 2nd wash, as it was starting to rip at the seams, despite following the washing instructions. They answered with the same old song of ‘we do not accept returns after it was open’. I think, no matter how many times I say this, they will not understand that I DO NOT want to return this product back to them, as it belongs in the garbage - I just want my money back. Offering to send me more pairs is not only wasteful, but ridiculous, considering the above-stated problems AND the fact that they still want me to pay for a second delivery. A complete drop-shipping scam, products were very clearly delivered from China in the original packaging, if you haven’t already - do not order from here!

A ringing cash register is more important to this company

I ordered menstrual underwear hoping for a more comfortable period experience. Unfortunately, the waistband is too loose and the fit is too tight. According to the company, exchanges are the only option — refunds are not possible. This seems unreasonable, as in either case the product will end up discarded.

It is disappointing to see that financial gain is prioritized over customer satisfaction. Given the high price of the products, this approach feels unacceptable. Additionally, the waste generated by this policy is concerning. One would expect a company in this industry to value both sustainability and its customers more highly. Apparently waste doesn’t matter to them, as long as the cash register keeps ringing.

Dropshippers - product doesn’t work

Sadly must agree with other reviews here that they’re dropshippers. The fact that it takes so long to get to you and you can see in the track and trace it’s being transported by plane, when you live in a neighbouring country…
Besides that, the product itself is not good. I tried the period bikini bottoms, but after swimming the layers inside were soaking wet with water… yes, the outside is a material that is water repellent, but when under water long enough it still gets wet and water gets in the layers that are supposed to stay dry according to their website…
Very disappointing and a waste of money.

All orders are first collected at our international shipping hub and then shipped in bulk once a minimum shipment threshold is reached. We do this to keep our process as sustainable and efficient as possible. This can sometimes mean slightly longer delivery times than you're used to — and we totally understand that can be frustrating.

As for the bikini bottoms: if the absorbent layers were soaked after swimming, it usually means the fit isn’t quite right. With our period swimwear, it’s super important that the bikini fits snugly around your body — that’s how it keeps water out and functions properly.

Perfect!

Update! I have received a larger size and am very happy, because they fit. I dont have heavy periods, so for me this underwear is a perfect solution. Also very comfortable!

Everything was good, beside that one pair even though was technically same size as others (L) - runs very very small, Its more of a size S and that is kinda dissapointing that not everything I bought I can use :(

Customer service not replying when one wants to cancel the order

I am disappointed with the customer service. I sent an email to them 10minutes after I made the order (there is no phone number to call!) saying that I wanted to cancel the order. But nobody has replied to me until now. I just received an email that the order was processed and package would be dispatched... There is nowhere an option "Cancel order" which should be according to the law, nor has the customer service stopped the dispatch of the order!

To expensive, strange sizing, returns are NOT possible

Seems like a good webshop first glance, they had discounts going on their site so I decided to try them.
They have a very clear size guide on their webshop, which I followed to the letter, I even measured underwear i had to make sure it would all fit.
I ordered a couple of different pairs and fits in my size.
Turns out when you get the package it's a sealed bag with all the pairs you ordered in it. When you break that seal, a return is no longer possible. This way it's not possible to try or compare the underwear, I thought we'll ok, hygiene and all that, I followed the size chart it should be OK.
It was not OK, only 2 pairs of their underwear fit me and according to their size chart those would have been on the bigger side (I thought perfect for bloated menstrual days) but they fit me snugg so thats out of the question.
I also had 2 different thongs which are uncomfortable, the fabric is too thick due to the absorbent material going all the way to the top of the backside (like no blood will ever get that far on such a thin line of fabric, why use the absorbent material all the way?) causing it to sit weirdly and move around when wearing.
I also ordered a pair of boxers for heavier days, these fit too tight and are very low fitting but on their pictures and measurements they should have been more high waisted.
I also got a pair of regular panties that turned out to be a kids size, like an 8 year old would fit them maybe, I couldn't even get a leg in there and I normally wear xs..
They were kind enough to send a replacement for that one since it was a known issue they run small. I asked for guidance on the size since I wanted to prevent them not fitting me again but they were sure one size bigger should be just fine! It was not fine, I have two pairs now that have no stretch and would fit a child not an adult woman..
They aren't cheap I paid around 100 euros for 6 pairs and only 2 of them are comfortable and wearable for me. A big waste of money and time, I truly wish I could get a refund.. these where meant to save me money on menstrual products since life is so expensive, but now I am out a 100 euros and have lots of underwear that I can't wear..

It's not a bad company but they have a lot to learn, please improve the size chart you have so it works for every fit of underwear you have and maybe start working with hygiene stickers so people can actually see if they want/fit into the underwear before they break the seal and can't return.

I actually did inform you about the strange fit of the boxers and other underwear, I cant really inform you about how they fit when wearing if I hadn't worn them yet can I? The structure of the underwear also changed in the laundry a bit.
With a lot of contact and trouble I got a replacement for the children's sized underwear, when it arrived again, way too small I just gave up.. since you advised me to get just one size bigger and apparently don't know your own sizing I felt like it was futile.. how would it be any different for other pairs of underwear..

This is why I gave up contacting your company, it took forever to get a reply and you don't know your own products at all.. I only have 2 pairs that fit me comfortably out of 6! 100 euros thrown away, still want a refund..

6 weeks later, still no package, and they won't let me cancel my order

I have waited for my package for more than 6 weeks. After several e-mails back and forth with their customer service it turns out that my package has disappeared during transport. I have told them I no longer want my package and want to cancel and get a refund. They ignore me and send me a new package. When I again tell them I wish to cancel this package. They say this is not possible because the package is already on it's way. It is the strangest contact I have ever had with any customer service. They seem all friendly but never directly answer your questions or respond to your requests. I definitely advice anyone NOT to order here.

I’m still waiting for my package

I’m still waiting for my package. I hope it arrives before my holiday because that’s where for i bought them. When i ordered the underware, the website didn’t tell me it need to come from overseas and takes long to arrive. I just hope it’s not from China?
