worst business experience I’ve ever had
I don’t think you are understanding the fact that you sent me a damaged bike. I paid thousands of dollars for something that is damaged and not working. How would you feel? Just put yourself in the customers shoes for a second and let me know how you would feel if you are a 14 yr old boy, who saved his money for 14 years and finally decided to spend it aaalll on an e bike that he’s been wanting for a while. Then you get it and see that it’s damaged and doesn’t work properly. So now you finally have the bike you have been wanting but you can’t ride it. I can tell you don’t have kids. No sympathy. No apology for sending us damaged merchandise. Just a Measly $50 if I send you a receipt.
It’s disgusting honestly. I actually heard Luna has crappy customer service and still decided to give you guys a shot because my son was begging me so I gave in but now this might actually be the biggest regret of my life. Congrats! You guys won 🥇
