Extremely poor and irresponsible service.
I have been trying to get one parcel delivered for over a week now, but M&P has completely failed to do so. Every time I contact them, I get a different excuse — one person says the parcel wasn’t sent due to a strike, another says it was handed over to someone else who will deliver it, and no one gives a clear or truthful answer.
On top of that, they stop answering calls altogether. This was a super urgent parcel, and I had a flight scheduled, yet despite dispatching it on 20th December, it has still not been delivered till today.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend M&P to anyone for urgent deliveries

Most pathetic service they havent given me COD amount for the last 4 months got my business badly effected please avoid

Worst customer service . A bunch of idiots answer the phone and have no idea about anything. They just read out the delivery status which I can also read myself so what's the point of calling them. They are of no help , refuse to add a comment asking the rider to call ahead so that I can explain the address. Twice I got an update no one at home which is complete rubbish .

I booked a parcel on 1st September from Gujranwala to Wah Cantt Taxila Pakistan. Today is 7th September, and it has STILL not been delivered.

This was not just any parcel – it contained medicines, and my brother's friend came all the way from the UK to pick them up. I called on 4,5 and 6th September, complained,email and requested updates multiple times, but got ZERO/sorry response. No updates, no calls – just apologies and pathetic service.

Because of M&P’s utter negligence, incompetence, and bullshit service, my brother’s friend flight now gone back to the UK without the medicines. This company has completely wasted my time, money, and trust.

M&P is absolutely useless and trash. I will never use their service again in my life, and I strongly warn everyone reading this – DO NOT trust M&P with your important parcels. They will ruin everything and then hide behind excuses.

This service is absolutely pathetic. They have no idea what they’re doing and can’t even figure out the exact reason why a parcel is on hold. They don’t record calls, they don’t follow up when they promise to, and their entire team seems completely clueless about how their own operations work. It’s beyond frustrating dealing with such incompetence. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this service at all costs.

Terrible service they lost my package and was delivered one month after the date and then again they did a very late delivery on another package

A big Fat No No. Worst Experience both times. Un professional to core . After following up my shipment for several days not received items.their driver upload fake updates that it was refused he never contacted or showed up on given address. I was Even assured by the managers that my items will be delivered which is eventually its not delivered and returned bag to the shipper. Big bunch of lies they tell you to get you off of the phone.

Worse courier company, i have dispatched a parcel from Islamabad to Karachi through M&P . And they have delivered the parcel in lahore instead of Karachi to an unknown person. And it been a week now. Every time i call there helpline they have some kind of excuses and the parcel is lost now. So I recommend never call ever deliver your parcel through M&P.

Pathetic courier!
No knowledge, who the rider is actually, they are not even updating the statuses on their web page!
My parcel was scheduled for Friday! It’s Monday today, and still no clue where the parcel is…!
They are actually mangoes, which are more likely to get rotten.! And of my no use…

Extreme negative experience related to delivery delays, miscommunication, and poor customer service. No communication b/w warehouse and call centre to track complains ,the call centre people say we have mentioned your complain and is on priority but that's not the case , I have ordered a product from Lahore and haven't received it from a week , although their tracking website says out for delivery. Further they make false claims that the delivery person called you but your phone was off, Which is complete bullshit as I have received no phone call from them , Last and Final time using M&P.

My parcel has been sitting in their warehouse (they don't know which one) for the last 2 weeks. I have called them multiple times, and each time the customer representative tells me that the "team" will contact me. The tracking system shows the status as "out for delivery" since June 25, 2025. Probably they are delivering it on foot from the USA.

M&P service is very poor, maybe the owner is sleeping. The staff in Dera Ismail Khan is absolutely useless. All vendors are urged to boycott this M&P service.🖐🖐🖐🖐🖐
